The two took a seat at the table across from the girl.

Combs looked up at her and she looked away.
"We're here to ask you some questions about what you saw the night your father died." Combs explained professionally.
"I'm willing to listen and answer if the questions are reasonable, but if I want to stop at any moment I can," Lil answered respectively.
"That is perfectly fine."
"Then let's begin," Lil shouted in the air ready to get this over with.
"So what's your name?" Carrie started off.
" Who is Lil. Now what's your's?" Lil answered a question with a question.
"Are you seriously going to play Jeopardy with us while there is a killer on the loose?" Detective Combs asked sounded annoyed.
"Depends...... do I get a snack later?" Lil asked while her stomach growled.
"Later, Now on with the questions," detective combs motioned to Carrie.
"Ok well yes my name is Carrie," She said with a smile, "and this is detective jonathan combs. Now that you know our names, How many people were there when you found your father in the alley?"
"There were two people. I couldn't see their faces though."
"Do you remember any small details that could help us at all?"
"Well from what I remember one of them wore a silver mask and the other had a pair of goggles on. the one with the silver mask spoke to me though. The voice was sweet and I think it was a girl."
"What did she say to you?"
"She spoke to me in a sickly sweet voice saying smile my sweet. Then after that she gave me this navy rose," Lil pulled the navy rose out of her pocket. " I-I-I haven't put it down since. I always keep it with me and I have found out why. All i want to know is why she gave it to me?" Lil explained looking up at Carrie and Jonathan for any answers.
"Um Do you know about all the latest murders including your fathers?"
"Yes?"
"Well all those victims had navy roses in their hands but your father's which was put into your hand."
"Oh......," Lil sighed staring absentmindedly at the flower in her palm.
"Can you tell us anything else maybe about the other one?"
"From what I saw I thought it was a male and he was wearing yellow goggles. That much I can remember but i didn't see him that well. The girl was in front and he stayed behind when she came up to me."
"Do you think you can tell us anything else about the girl that came up to you?"
