THE HEART ASKS PLEASURE FIRST. That was the first song Lilac ever learned on the piano. Her mother, Danielle, loved the movie so much, she made Lily take piano lessons and learn that song right away. Danielle enjoyed listening to her daughter play very much. Lily didn't.

Danielle also enjoyed being warned about how important "this is important" issues were.

Danielle enjoyed knowing things ahead of time. She didn't enjoy when her back from the dead daughter appeared at her front steps.

Or that's what Parrish thought when he made Lily walk forward (wrapped in second hand clothes and quilts) and Danielle passed out. Even Mr Sky looked dehydrated, while Lilac's brother seemed like he had seen worse.

At the moment, Lilac sat on her old sofa, which she seemed to sit on for the first time, and Parrish was seated next to her. Danielle was upstairs, taking some time to process Lilac's reincarnation along with Mr Sky.

Then there was Lilac's brother, who just stared at her. And stared. And stared.

Parrish cleared his throat, "I think we might have to hurry and take you to the sheriff."

The Sheriff. Stiles' dad.

Lily froze.

"Sure, um, I'll tell dad and mom, when they, uh, process it." Lily's brother nodded uncomfortably as he watched his sister, who he had finally looked directly into the eyes.

Parrish nodded, then looked at Lily, growing concerned, "Is everything alright?"

Coming back to reality, Lily nodded and took a shaky breath. She followed him out the door, like she'd never been in that house.

"THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE, SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE!" Dr Chase exclaimed, pacing back and forth the room. Months ago, Dr Chase had a young teenager die in his arms, he wasn't able to save her. It had haunted him during weeks.

"She's coming in later today, to be checked and see why she came back from the dead." Dr Gallagher explained, watching the nervousness in Dr Chase.

Dr Cameron stopped Dr Chase, grabbing his hand, "I don't mean to sound cheesy, but we're in Beacon Hills. Weird things happen all the time. Remember the Corey guy? How that one blond girl suddenly got better after Derek Hale visited her?"

"I always said she might've gotten drugs from him." Chase pointed out, avoiding Cameron's gaze, even if he wanted to melt in her eyes.

In that moment, Melissa McCall entered the room, phone in hand, "Lilac Sky is fifteen minutes away, Parrish is coming here before heading over to Stilinski's."

"That quick? Seriously? Can I have more time to prep-"

Fermina Gallagher interrupted Chase, "You should be happy! The girl that haunted your dreams isn't dead."

"Haha, very funny." Cameron glared at her.

They were rivals. Cameron and Gallagher had been both deeply in love with Dr Chase, yet Dr Chase stayed neutral, showing more feelings for Cameron than Gallagher.

"I have to make a call." Melissa excused herself and walked out of the room, she had to call her son, probably the only one to understand the situation.

FERMINA AND DR CAMERON GREETED LILY WITH A FORCED SMILE, THEY REALLY FELT LIKE EXAMINING HER RIGHT AWAY, BUT THEY HAD TO WAIT.

"Lily! It's so nice to see you, uh-" Dr Cameron bit her lip uncomfortably.

"Alive?" Lily offered, preventing herself from asking what the hell they did to her that made her come back to life.

A groan and yelp startled the doctors, Parrish and Lily. From the corridor, they could see how Dr Chase was being dragged by the arm towards them. Was he the one that killed me? Lily asked herself, glancing at him.

Dr Chase was in his early thirties. He had blond hair, and was actually pretty handsome. Marked jaw, but always had a troubled expression. Unless he smiled, but that barely happened.

Finally, he gave up fighting Melissa and turned around, taking a deep breath and walking to Lilac.

THE NIGHT, OR MORNING LILAC SKY DIED, DR CHASE SPENT IT CRYING IN HIS OFFICE. Some people thought it was stupid, but few knew why he did it. He didn't know Lily, but it reminded him of his long gone daughter.

When he was twenty, he had a girlfriend who he loved very much. They were engaged. He accidentally inpregnated her. They managed to have her, without Dr Chase having to drop out of medical school. Lots of family help.

However, two months after Daisy Heather Chase was born, she had a seizure. She died.

So when Dr Chase had a 17 year old patient with seizures, with the same hair color as Daisy, he felt like he was connected to his daughter. It was silly, but he felt like saving Lily would be like saving his daughter's soul. But she died, and Dr Chase felt extremely responsible.

Whenever Dr Chase attended a twelve year old, he felt his heart hurt. Daisy would be the same age.

And now, Lily being alive, gave him hope deep inside. He promised himself he'd take care of her.

:) I'm Dr Chase af. He seems like a really nice father. *hint hint*
