This is in Annie's point of view.

My alarm went off at its usual 5:30am. I decided to go with a cute look today, so I could make a cute almost last impression on Matthew before he left. I hopped into the shower and I just couldn't stop thinking about Matthew. I brushed it off long enough to get out of the shower, blow dry, and curl my hair. After I finished, I threw on my outfit which was a light navy blue tight shirt with 3 quarter length sleeves, a burgundy with an almost splash print on it skater skirt, my white high top converses, and my lucky locket. By now it was 7:30am so I grabbed my gym bag with all of my practice essentials in it and ran to my car.

I drove to the Starbucks drive thru and got a venti Peppermint White chocolate mocha for me and I decide it get Matthew a venti hot chocolate so we could sit down and talk this morning. Since chick-fil-a is right next to Starbucks and on my way to school I stop through the drive thru and get me a chicken biscuit and Matthew a 4 count chicken mini. I'm so sad about this but it's what just has to happen.

10 minutes later I walk to the picnic tables and found Matthew sitting at a table alone probably snapchatting one of his baseball buddies or as I like to call it when he snapchats me, snapcharming. I snuck behind him and set down his breakfast. I slipped to the other side of the picnic table and sat. It's 8:00 so that means we have an hour to talk until we have to go to biology. He cut me off in the middle of my thoughts of how lonely I'll be my senior year without Matthew to talk to every morning, and said, "What's the occasion?"

I said, "Does there always have to be an occasion for me to just want to talk to you? I mean we've done this everyday since we were freshies."

Matthew said, "I guess since that's the case, I'll have to let this one slide." And he gave me a wink. I think I just died inside.

I tried to play it cool and said, "I guess you'll just have to since I can't just go take back your food, your welcome by the way."

"Thanks, I really appreciate it. I feel like your going to get a big surprise today." He said, grinning.

"Really?" I over exaggerated and threw my arms up, but I ended up falling over and laughing my butt off.

"Yes really," Matthew said as he lifted me up from the grass. His muscles were so toned. I guess all those baseball workouts really pay off.

"Hey I need to like seriously talk to you for a minute but I shouldn't do that now, can you meet me back here after our practices at 6:00?" I asked him and even gave my puppy dog face so he would.

He laughed it off and said "Sure but if I do that then you have to meet me at the baseball field at 3:30. No sooner no later."

I laugh forgetting that this will all be a memory soon and said, "Okay, but my practice starts at 4:00 so it can't take long."

He said, "It shouldn't, I swear. But if it does it will totally be worth it and I'll tell Coach Tiff that it was all my fault." I giggled.

Why did he have to move away?
