Who am I? Tough question, I know. Each hour, day, year, can shape you into the person that stands before you in that mirror. However, it is the experiences within these times that actually makes you, you.
I find that the best way to get to know someone is by spending alone time with them. This is no different when it comes to yourself. Find your solitude, find yourself. That may be on a mountain top, overlooking the sunrise, or running along the beach before taking a swim. Whatever you choose to do, take the time to reflect and enjoy your own company.
The only person you need to entertain at this time, is yourself. Your spirit longs for these moments, so don't be surprised when you find yourself escaping the busy life and commotion every chance you get.
Soak it all in! Life is short and you will be around for the whole ride, beginning to end.
