One Month Anniversary

Lisa's POV

Steven and I were headed back to Austin. Today was the day that Ruth would sign away the appartment. I called her earlier and updated her on everything. She said she was happy with Joe and stuff like that. Andrew was living in his apartment that he apparently bought earlier, my dad was sent back to jail. And it turns out he knocked out one of the officers cold trying to escape, so I will soon have to go to court so he could be in jail for good. Steven and I said goodbye to Andrew, and we were on our way.

Anyway, Steven and I stopped at that gas station where we kissed for the fits time because today was our one month anniversary (June 5th). I could not believe that it has already been a month. Steven has changed my life in more ways that I could think of.

Anyway, Steven and I were picking out some turkey sandwitches in the gas stop and of course, two waters, and if I was correct, Steven would try to suprise me with a cookie. So I was looking out for any sneaky tricks, but I just couldn't find any. It was starting to amaze me.

Steven paid and we went back to sit on the side of his truck, like we did before. We opened and ate our sandwitches and Steven drank all of his water, while I saved mine for the ride.

Then, of course, Steven pulled a cookie out of his pocket.

"Ok seriously how do you do that?! I was even watching you!" I laughed

"I've picked up a few tricks." he said with a wink

We ate the cookie bite by bite.

"So is this the part where you finally kiss me?" Steven smiled his Cheshire cat smile and there was even a little flicker in his eye.

"Hmm ya I think that is it." I said

One hand found his hair and my other rapped around his shoulder. Steven put one hand on my waist and the other he cupped my face with. We kissed passionately for what seemed like hours.

We adventually pulled back, and we were both breathless. I rest my head on his forehead and he did the same.

"Happy one month Anniversary baby." Steven said and I pecked him one last time.

"Alright we need to get back on the road and I need to call Ru-" I started but Steven gave me a deep kiss. I bit his lip softly and pulled back, once I got the reaction I wanted, I jumped into the passenger's side of the truck.

Steven got in the driver's seat. He looked at me, and the look he had in his eye made me think that there was going to be some long hard kissin' when we get home.

I giggled "Come on you. Let's go home." I winked at him.

He sighed, wanting another kiss, and then put the key in the ignition and we drove the rest of the way home to Austin, singing to each and every song that came on the radio.

I called Ruth and she picked up on the second ring.

"Hey girl, how are you and Joe?" I asked

She giggled "HEY LISA!! It's so good to hear you! We are very good. I mean very. Talk about change your world when going to bed? Yep it changes... Anyways, how are you and Steven?"

I looked at Steven "That's good! Ya Steven and I are very good too. I really love him Ruth. I really do. Not for his fame, but for the person he is. He is just... amazing." Steven smiled ear to ear and I winked at him

"Aw baby you two are so cute! Anyway I have to go. Joe and I are going to dinner, but I'll talk to you soon! Oh and I signed away the apartment! Okay Bye" She said

"Ok have fun! That's great! Bye!"

We hung up the phone, and I turned back to look at Steven.

"You are so lucky I have to keep my hands on the wheel, or they would be elsewhere..." Steven said with that knee buckling smile

I giggled and said "You are such a flirt."
