Let's talk for a bit. My whole family transferred to Australia. My siblings and I of course had to go to school. And so my parents placed me in a high school. It wasn't really a big deal. Not until I set my eyes on four dashing lads. But all that only lasted for a bit. Sad, I know. They legitimately walked right past me and completely ignored my smile. Maybe they couldn't see my smile, I liked to cover my face with my hair.
Okay, now family talk. I had a brother, Arzel, parents and my one of a kind fraternal twin sister, Arzaylea. At least I liked to think of us as fraternal because I didn't like to be her, I didn't like to act like her, I didn't like to look like her. Throughout my years of living, I've spent money on my hair; making it have blonde streaks and straightening it and shit because Arz prefers curly hair, clothes; Meh, sometimes me and Arz dress the same but I try my best to look...punk rock?
But even so, my mom still liked to say that we were identical. I don't think so mom. Arzaylea also liked to play games. Her favorite is a game called love. She's had many boyfriends. Meanwhile, I'm here with only 2 so far. And my boyfriends weren't even boyfriends. Both of them were my sister's exes and they only dated me because they couldn't get over Arzaylea. But too bad, our relationship ended because apparently I was 'nothing like or compared to my sister'. But that was a good sign. I never wanted to be anything like my sister.
Enough with boy talk. I'm over that shit. Back to school talk. My sister probably wants me to die. I remember it clearly what she said to me before we started school in Australia.
"If you make it obvious to people that you're my sister, I swear you will regret living."
"But we're twins, people would notice themselves."
"I thought you've been working on that. Being the exact opposite my twin."
"True."So yeah. My sister everyone. It's been two months since we've been enrolled. My brother, Arzel was doing great and being the comedian he is, my sister, Arzaylea hunting for her next prey, her boy toy, and me? Well I'm focusing on my studies, doing what a normal average teen in high school would do. It's also been two months and nobody suspects any sibling bonds between Arzel, me and Arzaylea. Maybe some suspected but figured that it wasn't much of a big deal and can't be turned to a hot gossip. But basically Arzaylea started school a week after me and Arzel because she didn't want anyone suspecting we were related. Nobody did.
But Arzaylea succeeded in making friends and guess who were some of them. Those four boys I talked about earlier. I don't know they're names but I can assure you that Arzaylea already knows their digits and address. But it was Arzaylea who started the conversation with them, not them. So basically, they didn't hangout with each other much, unless it was Arzaylea that invited them for a hangout. But as for me, it all changed on this one normal Tuesday. Or was it normal?
"Luke, Luke!" Someone called from across the classroom. I looked up from my desk. I saw a boy with a blonde quiff sitting in front of me. Since when was he there? As for the boy calling for Luke, he had red hair going everywhere on his head. I only stared. When he caught my stare I looked back to my desk, where I was doodling little daisies on my notepad.
"Luke, Luke!" The same guy called again. "Luke," This time a different voice came up. I looked up again. I saw a raven haired boy alerting the blonde boy in front of me. Oh so his name is Luke, I thought to myself. "Michael's calling you," The raven haired boy said again. "Hmm?" Luke said. "No, not you Luke," the guy known as Michael said when he got close enough to Luke. Then he made his way to me,
"Why didn't you answer me Luke?"
