"Hey, where've you been," I said, delighted and walked over to Michael. He hugged me and I hugged him back. "Gosh it's like you guys haven't seen each other for aeons," Ashton commented. "Cute," Calum added.

Luke grabbed a guitar and played it, completely ignoring everything else going on around him. Talk about being boorish. "Hey, let's go check on what Luke's doing," Ashton suggested and we all followed.

I grabbed one guitar, Calum and Michael got one too and Ashton sat on his drum stool. Ashton played a simple beat and Michael strummed some chords to go with it. Soon after that, Calum and Luke joined, leaving me, with an idle guitar on my lap. "Sing Luke," Michael said and both Luke and I answered, "What?"

"Not you Luke, you," Michael said again and realized it was just as confusing. Me and Luke gave him a blank look. "The girl Luke," he sighed. "Oh," Me and Luke said at the same time again. "Of course you want her to sing," Luke mumbled to himself again and I heard him, again. Seemed like I was the only one that heard him. Well, I wasn't going to argue with him because I didn't want to start a fight and ruin everyone's mood.

They played a familiar melody of a song they wrote. They named it 'Try Hard'. They had run me through the song a couple of times and I was quite familiar with the song and lyrics.

We sang a couple songs for a while and got bored. "Wanna come back to my place?" Asked Michael. He didn't even have to ask. We all agreed.

We hung out at Mikey's place for a bit and I had to leave for home because my parents held a little family dinner because Arz was finally back in their grasp.

Mom: when are you coming home?
Me: why? I'm at Michael's place right now
Mom: oh nothing. Your father and I are planning to have a family dinner tonight. Arzaylea's back home!
Me: yeah.. I know
Mom: well come back home soon, you can invite Michael and the rest if you want
Me: yeah okay mom

"What's up?" Calum asked, peering over my phone. "Nothing," I pushed his eager face away. "Oh I know it's something when you answer nothing," he grinned and literally pounced on me. "HEY GEROFF ME," I bellowed while laughing. "CALUM WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING," Michael said when he heard my bellowing. "TRYING TO GET HER FUCKING PHONE," He shouted to Michael.

"WHOA HAHAH WHAT THE FUCK," Luke laughed and stood at the corner to observe. "HEY NO SWEARING," Ashton said from outside the room. When he entered, he had pretty much the same reaction to everyone else in the room. "WHAT. THE. FUCK."

I was literally struggling trying to keep my phone in my grasp. I knew I'd never stand a chance winning that fight but I couldn't let them know about the invitation. I wanted Arzaylea's 'Welcome home' party the suckiest she'd ever have. Therefore, not inviting the boys would mean less fun and less irritating flirts.

Finally the battle ended and I lost. Calum got my phone. "Hah too bad you don't know the password loser," I shot to him. "It's 1996 loser," he shot back. "How do you even..." I trailed off and he answered, "Because you love me."

"I'm sorry what did you say?" I laughed. "You know, how some girls use their crush's birth year as their password," He said. "I was born on the year 1996 too dumbass," I told him.

"Wow you actually swear?" Luke asked. "Yeah, problem?" I might've tipped off the cool side that moment. "Geez, just asking. Never heard you say that before," his voice backed off. "Yeah, I know," I said and couldn't help but feel guilty for the cool tone I used in him. See, sometimes he's nice, sometimes he's a rat. And I had no idea why or what was the cause.

"Aww an invitation," Calum said and whipped out his phone. "Hey! What're you doing?" I asked him. Well, my plan to keep the invitation to my self had been foiled. "Hey mom!" Calum said suddenly and I realized he was on the phone. Then he put it on speaker. "Hey Calum," his mom answered. "Ashton, Michael, Luke and Luke's here," he told his mom. "Hi Ashton, hi Michael, hi Luke, hi Luke," For a mother who was willing to say hi to her child's best mates one by one was goals. "Hi Mrs. Hood," we called into the phone.

"Mom can I go to Luke's house for dinner?" Calum asked. "Uhh which Luke?" His mom asked. "Does it matter?" Calum asked her back. "Not really, as long as you behave yourself Calum," I stifled a laugh. Calum rolled his eyes, "Mom, it's a dinner party, what could possibly go wrong?". "Cal-"

"Bye mooommmm," And he hung up. "Alright let's go," He said with a cheeky smile. "Wait, it's my turn to call my mom," Ashton grinned.
