Chapter 1: Recording Studio

Chapter 1

<My POV>

I looked at my very small and crammed room with boxes everywhere, and wondered where I should start unpacking.

I slowly tiptoed to the biggest box labelled ' CLOTHES ' and opened it. My clothes were already neatly folded so all I had to do was to transfer them into the wardrobe.

As I slowly unpacked all my things and placed everything perfectly to where they were supposed to be. I then too out the schedule of classes and training that I had to follow for the month.

I scanned through the schedule.

Classes start at 10 00 am , ends at 9 30pm.

I have a break at 12 30 pm - 2 00 pm for lunch and 7 00 - 8 00 for dinner.

Other than that, classes and classes and classes.

I have Singing , Dancing, Language, English, Chinese and Japanese? I also have Acting and Physical Education.

I looked at the top and saw that I was starting on 6 June. That was the day after next. So I had one more day to get some stuff I need and some tidying up.

It was already about 4 30 in the afternoon and I remembered that I had to go to the Sm building to meet my cousin, he works there.

I grabbed my phone and wallet and walk out of my dorm.

I arrived at the Sm building five minutes later.

I looked around and saw a figure waving to me from afar.

" Kae Li ah!! Oppa is here!"

I walked towards my cousin and greeted him.

"Annyeonghaseyo Min Hyuk Oppa."

" Wah! Kae Li, it has only been a few years since I last saw you and you have become really pretty! "

I blushed . " Thanks. "

My cousin was 12 year older than me which made him 30 years old. I always thought of him as my older brother.

"Come! Before you officially start training with us, you have to go through a singing test. You have picked a song to sing right? "

I nodded.

We entered the recording studio and I looked around in amazement.

Woah I see this a lot in dramas and music videos but I never walked into one before.

I plugged in my phone and told my cousin which song I chose.

The song I chose was Only One by BoA.

She was my idol.

As I walked into the recording room, I saw Mr Lee Soo Man himself and another middle aged lady walk into the studio. I bowed and he smiled back.

I started to feel nervous about this but I calmed myself down.

My cousin signalled to me to ask if I was ready and I nodded. He then played the song and I started to sing.

I continued to sing. I felt so good singing in front of people. I had an audience.

I finished the song.

I looked at my cousin and Mr Lee Soo Man's face, only to find them staring blankly right back at me.
