Chapter 22 : That girl

Chapter 22

<My POV>

I found bottles of herbal drinks on my table for the next few days after i came back from training. I guess they were all from my father so i just drank them.

Today was the next month's consultation. I looked back to the two months that i have been living in Korea, and wow time really flies. After the dance and singing, it was time for the discussion.

We were having the discussion in Mr Lee Soo Man's office this time and it looks like we were going to discuss something really important.

"Anneyeonghaseyo." I greeted as he asked me to take a seat.

"Ne. I have watched your dancing and heard your singing and am very pleased with your performance."

"Kamsahamnida."

Just then a lady who looked about the same age as me, slightly taller and really pretty entered the room. She smiled, we greeted each other and she took a seat opposite me besides Mr Lee Soo Man. She somehow looked very familiar.

"Kae Li, this is Ms Kim Na In. Both of you will be debuting next year as a duo." Mr Lee Soo Man introduced.

Na In. Kim Na In.

I froze.

"That's Kim Na In. She is Sehun's junior one year younger than him. They were best friends during their trainee days. They are very close until now."

I remembered what Luhan said. No way she is that girl.

"Anneyeonghaseyo. Kim Na In imida." She said with a smile and stretched out her hand for a handshake. I shaked her hand.

"Now, Kae Li, Na In has trained here since four years ago so that makes her your senior so you must respect her although you two are of the same age. She is very talented and sings very well too. You have a lot to learn from her." He said.

"Anneyeonghaseyo. Seon Kae Li imida."

"I know! I heard of you alot." Na In said with a smile. And something told me deep inside that she wasnt as bad as i thought she was.

"There. Its about lunch time so i will let the two of you slowly chat alright? I should get going." Mr Lee Soo Man said.

We thanked him and sent him out before we both decided to go to the nearby cafe for coffee and a sandwich.

"So, you should know who i am right?" Na In said as took a seat with our food.

"Huh?' I accidentally said out my thoughts.

Is she supposed to be someone famous in the entertainment or something that i was supposed to know her?

She giggled

"What i meant was that you saw me at the party that day right?"

So she saw me...

"Um... Yeah." I stammered.

"You have been living in Exo Oppas dorm right?" She asked.

Oh no. Is she going to hate me for staying in their dorm or something? This senario feels like a typical korean drama scene when i am going to say yes and she will be like, " How dare you seduce my Oppas! Exo is MINE!".

"Kae Li? Kae Li ah?"

I jerked back to reality.

"Yeah?" i said.

"You ok? You were spacing out. I heard from Sehun Oppa that you are in Korea alone and that their manager was your cousin? And you were staying with them?" She asked again.

"Oh that. Yeah... but its just for a while." I said with a light laugh, hiding my nervousness.

"Haha! Are you nervous?" Na In said with a laugh.

"Um no. Not really..." I said staring down at my frappe.

"You look like I am about to eat you up. Don't worry! I wont bite!" She said and i smiled.

I guess i was just scaring myself.

"So you are quite close to Sehun?"

That question slipped out of my mouth and i was mentally strangling myself for asking that question.

"You can say so. I have known him ever since i entered Sm. Why do you ask?"

I froze.

"Aniyo. Just that Sehun told me about you before." I quickly replied.

Na In looked at me suspiciously.

"What about you and Luhan? I saw you two together at the party." She said.

"Luhan? Oh we are just close friends." i answered.

"Oh i see."

After chatting for a while until it was time for us to go back for training and we walked back together.

"So we will start training together in a weeks time." Na In said as we reached the building.

"Yeah."

"I will look forward to it!" She said and gave me a hug. I was a little startled but gave her a hug back.

"Me too." I said

"Bye then!" She waved.

"Bye!"

And we each made our way up for training.
