Chapter 19 : Bus stop

Chapter 19

<My POV>

My eyes refused to open as i sat on the dining table. I had trouble falling asleep yesterday as I was thinking about my mom and now i was beat.

"Here." Do oppa said as he placed a bowl of rice and seaweed soup on my table.

I looked up at him slowly, my eyes half closed.

"Thanks Oppa."

And my head fell back down, eyes closed.

I was just about to fall asleep,

"Kae LI!" someone shouted at my ear.

"Yes?" My eyes shot open as i turned to my left to see who it was.

"Good Morning Luhan Oppa" I whimpered as i forced my eyes to open.

"Woah. You look...good..." He said as he stared at my eyebags.

He sat beside me.

"So whats the schedule today?" Luhan asked stuffing a spoonful of rice into his mouth.

"Nothing on for us now but Suho and the others have to go for a interview later and all of us have a live show at night." Kris replied.

Luhan's eyes immedietly lit upwhen he heard that and turned to face me.

I turned to look at him only to see him smiling widely at me.

"LETS GO SHOPPING!"

He helped me out of the car and grabbed my hand pulling me into the mall. We stopped right outside the mall as he placed both his hands on my shoulders.

"Kae Li, let's forget about everything today and just enjoy ourselves ok?" He said looking at me in the eyes.

I nodded and he gave me a hug.

This hug felt different. Different from when Sehun hugged me. It felt more comforting. It felt like and older brother hugging his precious dongsaeng. But when Sehun hugged me... My heart couldn't stop beating. It was like -

"Kae Li?" Luhan oppa said waving his hand infront of my face.

I just smile like nothing happened and pulled him into the mall.

We walked into every shop we saw and brought out bags of clothes and shoes.

We even caught a movie and went to the arcade. For this moment, I felt so carefree, so happy.

By the time we were done it was already 5pm and Luhan had to go back to the dorm for a live show, while I decided to stay here for dinner.

I walked him out to the carpark where a van was there to pick him up.

"You sure you don't want to go back with me?" He asked.

I nodded and gave him a hug.

"Kamsahamnida Oppa."

He stroked my hair and smiled.

I waved as the van drove off and went back into the mall to get some dinner.

I ate Kimbap for dinner and decided to take the bus back.

I sipped on my bubble tea on the bus when it started to rain.

Umbrella. I digged through my bag but could not find my umbrella. Shit. The bus was arriving at my stop in a few minutes time and i doubt the rain would stop by then.

I alighted the bus and sat at the bus stop. The rain was getting heavier. The dorm was about a five mins walk from here so i decided to wait at the bus stop till the rain stopped. I could feel the rain coming into the bus stop as the wind blew. I shivered.

I wanted to call Sehun or someone to come pick me up but i remembered that they had a live show. i sighed.

I plugged in my earpiece as waited for the rain to stop but my phone blacked out. No battery... I felt tired. I tried my best to not fall asleep but unknowingly my eyelids closed.

<Sehun POV>

We were finally back from the live show and I was beat. I didn't bother to wait for the lift but dashed up the stairs.

I knocked on the door.

"Kae Li! We are back! I don't have the keys can you open the door?" I shouted.

There was no reply.

"Kae Li!" I shouted again knocking on the door. There was still no response.

By now the rest of them had already came up by lift.

"Sehun-ah what are you doing outside? Didn't Kae Li open the door?" Suho asked while taking out the keys.

I shaked my head, "She didn't reply."

The moment the door opened I rushed into the house.

"Kae Li? where are you?" I shouted as I dashed to her room. She wasn't there. I ran to the toilet. No one. I searched the whole house. No one.

"Where is she?" Kris asked.

"She is not here." I said.

"It was already past 12 am and there was no reason why she would be out so late." Baekhyun said.

"Why don't you call her?" Kai asked.

"Called she didn't answer."Lay replied.

Where could she be? I started to get worried.

"Let's split up and go find her she might be caught in the rain." Suho said and we nodded.

I took my umbrella and went out.

I went to the nearby convenience stall to look as Kae Li usually would be there eating ramyun, but she was not.

Just then my phone rang.

"Luhan hyung you found her?"

"Not yet, but where are you now?"

"Outside the convenience stall why?"

"Okay, go to the bus stop she might be there."

"Arasso."

I hung up and ran to the nearby bus stop which was a five mins walk from here.

Just like Luhan hyung said, i saw Kae Li sitting on the bench at the bus stop. I ran to her and saw that she was sleeping. She was drenched and shivering. I immediately took off my coat and placed it around her.

"Kae Li? You ok?" i asked.

Her eyes opened a little.

"Sehun Oppa?" she said and tried to get up but her legs gave way and she sat back down on the bench.

"Kae Li, get on me." I said facing my back to her.

"Huh?" She mumbled.

'I'll piggy back you back."

"Its ok..."

"You cant even stand, now get on."

She got on and i lifted her up as she held the umbrella.

I could feel her chin resting on my shoulder and i secretly smiled and we slowly made our way back to the dorm.
