All of the entire world seemed silent. There was no noise, no life, no..anything. It seemed as if everything had stopped doing anything. There was a certain tiny, yet aching pain inside of her heart. It beat faster and faster with the passing seconds. The final days were coming and coming and they were coming quicker than the day previous. It seemed unreal, that all of this would be finally coming to an end. As if written in a story book, eight long years of doing what you found to be the most fun and entertaining job in the world. All gone. In five little nights. As Bri readied herself for what would inevitably be her last tour, she looked around to find that there was all of her stuff, laid right out for her like someone else had done it for her. It was crazy how well Josh knew her by this point, "Did you do all of this for me? You know..Y-you really didn't have to do all of this. I could have done it by myself Josh.." The Samoan man turned his head over to face her and just beamed a teary eyed smile, he couldn't believe it was all ending for her as well. But she was needed at home with Blake far more than she was in the WWE. "I know I didn't, can't you just accept a favor once in a while? It ain't all about messin' with you girl. Just tryin' to be kind and..all that shit." Josh knew that she wasn't taking to this retirement week kindly, and going to work means that she would be messed with by all of her coworkers, mainly her fellow girls. By messed with, she was going to be heckled about leaving, the please don't go requests followed by the several hundred, 'I'll miss you!' will not be welcomed for long. She grabbed her bags and he did as well, looking up at him, she smiled and tears formed just as fast as they did for him. "Let's get this show on the road, yea?"

Days one and two were easy enough, people didn't realize how close it was, her retirement that is. The night before her last night in the company was going to be the longest night in human history.. And nobody knew it better than a certain orange haired Irish Woman. Her friend Becky knew how hard this was all going to go and knew that there was no real way of avoiding all the sad crap that followed someone's early departure from something as beloved as a wrestling career. The Irish Woman followed Bri the entire trip, mainly as a much needed female support, "Ya sure ya don't want some coffee love? I can surely go snatch a few and bring'em back so ya don't pass out later." The cheery Orange haired woman smiled at Bri who was clearly down, the visible body language that she was showing off right now just screamed desperation and depression. She hated the fact that everyone knew about her retirement and hated it even more that they would ACTUALLY miss her. She didn't expect that, especially with how they've utilized her ever since she had to be Nikki's lacky. "That would be awesome of you Becks. Can you make mine extra sweet? I need a little pick-me-up today.." Bri looked over at her friend who had set her stuff down and was beginning to leave as she was telling her, it was cool of Becky to be so nice to her in a time like this, she didn't even have to ask for the assistance, Becky was just THERE. "Of course sweet thing, let me snag that for ya and I'll be back in a flash." and just like that, her door closed, and the girl was off.

Bri sat back on the bench she had just plopped down onto, and looked around, seeing that the time was going by so slowly, showtime was a long two hours away, and it seemed like nothing would be able to make the time go by any quicker than its snail path that it was currently on. As the time drifted on, Bri tossed her head back and she rested it gently against the locker behind her. She was awoken to the sight of a giant table in front of her, with an equally giant cake sitting in the middle of it, eight big candles were nestled in particular spots and she looked around, seeing her coworkers all standing around her, flowers were resting on a big pile next to a pile of wrapped boxes. She rubbed the sleepies out of her eyes and looked up, seeing Becky who had a big, cheeky grin plastered on her face, "We're all gonna miss ya so much Bri. You've been such a good friend to me..and all the rest of well, everyone that works here. I don't want you to think that you're goin' quietly into that goodnight, you're goin' into it kickin' lass and takin' names.." Becky's words caused Bri's eyes to fill up with the dreaded tears that she was trying to avoid more than anything, as her sentence went on, and the tears built up more and more, Becky began to tear up as well. It was hard to watch a friend walk away from the one job that means more to them than any other. Mercedes and Saraya both were on Becky's side, and both of them just watched on as Bri began to realize how important she was to each and every one of them. For years Bri just thought that she was kind of there, floating around and not doing a whole lot. It sucked to hear the fans belittle her and just be awful to her, whether it be about Bryan, or about her wrestling ability, even her voice has been criticized over the years and it drove her mad to always have the thought in the back of her head that all her hard work was for nothing.

"I..I almost don't know what to say to all of you guys..Like, do you realize that I CAN'T eat all of this cake?" Everyone in the room let out a giggle or two, Bri had to let some of the sorrow and just sadness escape her body through the small joke, but before long, she had to go back to the serious nature of what was going on. "Anyways..Um. I just want to thank all of you. There's nothing better to know, and feel in your heart than the feeling of being accepted and loved..I just don't know how I can thank all of you. Like what can I do? I can give you all oranges, I do that sort of thing nowadays and I..I-I.." Bri was cut off by the sight of both Josh and Blake walking inside, greeting them was Mercedes with a giant hug, she let go of Josh and quietly dropped to her knees to grab Blake's little hands. The boy looked up at the pink haired woman and beamed a dorky, childish smile. "Wanna see mommy? She's over here!" Mercedes parted the way for Josh and Blake as they made their way through the crowd. Bri upon seeing how kind Mercedes was to her little Blake. Bri wrapped her arms around her small boy and Josh got down on the ground to be included in the giant hug. The entire crowd let out a loud 'Awww' as Bri felt the need to sob now, and she most certainly did. The sounds of a woman crying echoed throughout the room, Becky furrowed her eyebrows and got down near them too, rubbing Bri's back and whispering, "We love ya lass..There ain't nothin' you gotta do for us, ya got it? I promise. And guess what? When I'm not on tour, you're gonna have a little visitor..I promise." As she stood up, all of them stood and Bri held Josh and Blake's hand gently walked over to the table, "Can you guys all do me a favor?" Everyone glanced at Bri and some of them tilted their heads in curiosity, "Can..you enjoy this cake with me." She smiled warmly and raised her eyebrows up lightly as the entire room all giggled and of course, agreed to her wishes.

The night ended on a happy note, a very happy note. Everyone enjoyed cake and would soon regret it, Bri got to see her son happy again, and she got to also see all of her friends show how they really feel about her. It was insane, all of this happened so fast and so suddenly. If she closed her eyes, she could almost feel the same feeling that she had on day one of working with the WWE. All this time had came and gone, she met so many incredibly amazing people and had some of the best memories that anyone could ever have. She met the man of her dreams, and had the son that she always dreamt about. Bri couldn't sleep, it was Wrestlemania day and she was already up ridiculously early in the morning. She felt the panic begin to set in as there was nothing else she could do. Procrastination was something of the past and something that she could not do whatsoever.

The day of Wrestlemania had started, and without a hitch she had began her ritual when it came to any kind of match. This time however was the biggest night in WWE history, the biggest show..In front of the largest crowd to date. She was nervous about that but more nervous of the fact that it was on the preshow. The preshow usually meant that you heard..crickets. The fans were usually disengaged from these matches due to the fact that they weren't even on the main card. Bri was just happy to spend her last match in the WWE surrounded by all of her friends. After the pre crap had ended, it was time for her match and she felt the nerves. Everyone in the audience knew that it was Bri's last match, as well as everyone else involved. She hated that due to people potentially showing her an excess amount of pity. Bri's music hit..Brie Mode..the last time she'd ever hear that at an arena for the extended foreseeable future, and she walked out. The crowd was actually happy to see her, she got a decent little pop for how she'd been treated recently and was overjoyed that the smile would almost never leave her face.

The rest of the girls came out and the crowd showed an equal amount of respect. It was refreshing to see the girls all get this kind of attention. Even though in her heart she knew that the story all of them were involved in was completely stupid and only to get them all a spot on the card. But she was happy, for herself, for them, for how far the Women's Division had come in recent memory. She was just happy. After the match concluded, and Bri was victorious, on her last match at the grandest stage of them all. To her surprise, Nikki came out. Her injured twin sister came out to greet the teary eyed woman. As Nikki entered the ring, a giant, much needed hug was received by Bri. The tears flowed now as Bri's face was buried firmly in Nikki's shoulder. "I am so proud of you Brianna. Seriously dude, you are fucking incredible and don't you dare ever let people tell you otherwise. Okay? I love you. Forever." Bri couldn't even speak, she instead tried to hug Nikki again and instead was met with the rest of her team lifting her up on their shoulders and she raised an arm into the air, pointing a finger up. Bri was so thankful for everything she had, her family, Josh, Blake, the last eight years have been a blessing. And now it was time for the rest of her life to begin, it was time for her WWE Career, Bri's career to be met with The End.
