Kai's POV
I woke up because of the sudden movement I felt beside me. I looked at the person laying next to me. Mackenzie
I carefully tried to removed her arm that is hugging me by my waist
"Kai..." she said and hugged me tighter
"Wake up." I said and forcefully removed her arm that made her wake up
"Shit! I need to get home!" she hurriedly stood up and ran towrds the door, but came back and sat beside me when she found out that the door is still locked
"Kailan bubuksan 'yun?" she asked. I looked at my watch and saw that it's just 6:45 a.m, the school will open at 7:00 am
"Matagal pa." I said kahit 15 minutes nalang ay bubuksan na ito. Nakita ko naman 'kung paano nanlumo sa tabi ko si Mackenzie
"Did you do this on purpose?" I asked her while raising an eyebrow. Her eyes widen then she shake her head repeatedly
"W-what? No! I came here for the report that I need to make! -oh damn... 'yung report!" natatarantang sabi ni Mackenzie
"What report?"
"Y-yung sinabi ni Ma'am Fuentes! I need to finish that tomorrow!" she looks like she's about to cry beacause of the unfinished report
We both turned to the door when we heard noises outside. It looks like someone is already opening the door. She stood up and ran towards the door and sighed when she heard it clicked
"Tara na!" she said and motioned me to come over
"Mauna ka na." I said and waved dismissively. She looked at me for a moment before shrugging and walking away
Alright, I gotta tell it. I locked us in here because... I don't know why. I just got irritated because she bacame really close with the guys for these past few days, and I just feel like hanging out with her. I didn't know that she has a phobia of the dark so my plan fucking failed - but atleast we got to cuddle althroughout the night. I've known that girl for 3 years and I'm not used to her avoiding me, I deserve that kind of treatment anyway. I always push her away and say hurtful things but she's still here, not giving up. I admire her for that
Maya-maya ay tumayo na rin ako at lumabas na sa stock room. I was walking through the hallway when my phone beeped inside my pocket - I have my phone all this time and I didn't tell her. I fished for my phone in my pocket and answered the call

[Ang sungit mo nanaman, Kai! May dalaw ka nanaman ba?! Mamayang 6 pm ang reunion. Sabi ni lolo ay magdala ka na daw ng girlfriend mo kung hindi Navy daw ang bagsak mo!] I heard my cousin's laughter on the other end of the line
[Fuck you, Von! Oo magdadala ako ng babae 'dyan! Ikaw may dala ka?]
[Ako pa? Oo naman! Naandito na nga kami ngayon sa mansion nina lolo eh.]
[Seryoso ba 'yan o pinapatulan lang ang kalandian mo?]
[Kai naman, I'm a changed man. Seryoso na 'to]
[Alright, goodluck sa pagbabago mo. Bye]
I said and dropped the call. I need to get home and rest, nagha-half day nalang ako dahil kailangan ko pang mag hanap ng babaeng maihaharap sa family ko kung hindi, Navy ang bagsak ko.
