I was outside, sitting on Marshall's lap as we watched the kids play.

Ash was floating high above Claire and, since Claire didn't know how to fly yet, she was running around happily trying to grab at Ash's ankles.

Claire was five and Ash was seven.

I had turned 24 just a few days ago and Marshall was a few years older, well, that's what he says, but you couldn't really tell.

I could hear Claire burst into giggles as she accomplished her current task and was now holding onto Ash's ankles as he floated around. Marshall chuckled and I couldn't help but laugh as well. Marshall rested his head on my shoulder and I smiled.

"I love you, bunny. Forever and always." Marshall kissed the top of my head.

"I love you too Marshall, forever and always," I said. It was true. I literally could love Marshall forever.

Gumball made a potion to have Cake and I be able to live forever. That way, Marshall and I could be together, and I never had to leave Cake, either. I guess Gumball felt bad about hurting me the way he did.

I toyed with the ring on my finger, and glanced at Marshall's hand and smiled, remembering the day he proposed.

Snapping me out of my thoughts, Cake called out to Marshall and I, "Dinner!" The kids didn't hear so I had to call to them myself.

"Claire! Ash! Supper's ready!" I watched as they both let go of each other and Ash came tumbling to the ground. He and Claire raced past Marshall and I. I got up to go inside and as I opened the door, Marshall grabbed my wrist, stopping me.

"Marshall, what-"

He cut me off with a kiss. It was a passionate one, and I wrapped my arms around his neck and his hands were on my waist.

We both kissed each other deeply and we heard Cake laughing. I pulled away from Marshall and turned around to see Cake standing there holding a wooden spoon.

"Are you two done yet? Ash and Claire are waiting. They don't want to eat without you guys." Cake smiled.

"Okay, we're coming."

I laughed and Marshall and I walked inside, hand in hand and sat down to eat with Ash and Claire.

After tucking Ash and Claire into their beds, I shut off the light and walked to my bedroom and climbed into bed with Marshall.

He wrapped his arms around me and I snuggled up to him.

"I love you, Fionna." Marshall whispered.

"I love you too," I whispered back.

"I have always loved you, you know. Even when you had that crush on Gumbutt, I still loved you. I always have, and I always will," Marshall said softly then kissed my forehead.

I didn't know what to say. "I'm glad. I'll always love you, too."

"Goodnight, bunny," Marshall chuckled.

"Goodnight, Marsh." I said.

We both stayed like that for a while. It was if we could stay like that forever.

I had finally gotten my happily ever after.

A wonderful sister, two beautiful kids, and my Prince Charming, Marshall.
