Mermaids Have it All

Chapter 9

Oh my gosh! Thank you guys for all the support! I don't think my writing is THAT good. Yet this book is catching many people's hearts. It makes me happy when I see your comments saying," NO NOT A CLIFFHANGER!" or "I love this!❤️"
   Thank you so much you sweet little fishes! Now on with the story!

  I saw two figures come into view as I ran towards the pier. It was eight o' lock and I somehow managed to sneak out. "Hey, Jenna!" Ari said. I noticed Cori in the water. She looked up at us as her fin poked out of the water slightly. "This better be important!" I pout not wanting to ruin my "good girl" repetition.
  "Oh it is! Have you ever heard about the Fish and the Mermaid?" I shook my head. "Ah, well...once there was a little girl named Lily. She had a spark that would make people love her! Jut as easy as se could make friends she could betray them...many began to hate her except one boy. His name was-....no one actually knows his name. All everyone knows is that he loves shiny things. Rings, braclets, charms you name it! He loved to steal them! Then one day they both disappeared. People always loose there things and blame it on 'the fish.' Except now-...now-...shiny thing keep missing. People are getting afraid making sure to not let their valuables out of sight!"
   This alone made me kinda sad. I ducked my head down thinking of why this involved me. "I think I know where they might be....I just can't do it alone..." Ari says. "Your kidding right?" Luke asks. "No way!" I said backing away. "Oh, come on! Please! Cori's going!" "So?!"
  "Look I'll make you guess a deal! Jenna, if you come along this once I'll make sure you won't be asked to do against your parent's will! Luke, you will be given many seadollars! Enough for you to get that gaming set you have been wanting!" Cori said. Like moaned then said,"Fine..." He slowly threw himself into the water. I looked at my house.
  I watched the wooden, oak door open as my parents came out. They noticed me on the pier and called my name. I had no choice! So I agreed and jumped into that cool water regretting everything.

Also I have another book called, The Dreamer. It is mature content though since a little bit of cussing will go on. (Not a lot though!)
