THIS ANNOYS ME SO MUCH... Oh wait I should probably tell you why.
In school, do they not teach you that Allah is the god Muslims pray to? Yeah. BUT THE THING IS... Allah is not the name of the person they pray to (Example: my name is Colette. Allah is not a name it's a word in Arabic) ALLAH MEANS GOD. ALLAH MEANS GOD IN ARABIC.
I go to an Arabic Maronite (A religion in Lebanon but more strict then Catholic) and orthodox church and GUESS WHAT, We pray to Allah. Actually, true fact, The word Allah came long before the Islamic religion.
Guys, I'm just trying to say, technically anyone who believes in God, believes in Allah. You just don't call him that cause you don't speak the Arabic language.
This is why I get so annoyed when schools teach Islam because they say they pray to Allah and Christians pray to God. That's like saying the same thing twice. SAME DIFFERENCE.
But I mean it's not your fault, it's the teachers fault for teaching the wrong stuff.
OH AND I CAN NOT STAND When people at school do this ⬇️
Person: Colette can you say *looks around and whispers* Allah Akbar.
People literally do this to me and I can't tell you how much it offends me
Like #1: That literally means "God is great" so stop acting like its a word that will trigger a bomb or something.
