Chapter 11: Reunion

Wow, guess not. I thought to myself as I got out to the surface. Might as well check up on Frisk and Kid since they're close by at school. Judging by the sun it's only 2:18 PM, so they should be in school, only it's near the end of the day. With that thought I took off towards the direction of their school. The school looked like your average school. Brick walls, yellow buses parked outside, it had a green roof that was odd, but other than that it looked normal. Sure enough, I found them outside on the grass. They were with 9 kids. They wore trench coats, but they seemed nice. Thinking that they were friends of Kid and Frisk, but not trusting their outfits, I stayed in the air above them to hear what was going on. "Hey, come on guys, it's just a game." One of the kids said. "I-I don't know. The g-game sounds k-kind of harmful..." Frisk said, his voice quivering in fear. "Nonsense, all it is is that you stand there and do nothing while we beat you up. You win if you never squeal in pain or call for help." The kid on the far left said, laughing a little bit. "Alright boys, get 'em." They one in the middle said. At that moment I landed in between them and the bullies. "What the hell?!" The one in the middle said. I guessed that he was the leader. "Sup. Hey Kid, Frisk, ya miss me?" I asked them, and almost immediately they hugged me. Well, Frisk did, but Kid mostly just rubbed his head up and down my leg like a cat. "So, what's going on with these 9 kids? They bullying ya?" I asked. They nodded their heads up and down in response. I turned around to face them. "Oh, you're another monster, aren't ya?" One of them said. "Yep." I responded. "That makes this better! More monsters to beat up. I know Frisk is a human, but he never fights." One of them said. "Oh really? How about all of you, against me?" I asked. They each nodded and got in a stance. Their stances left them wide open. With that I charged forward and punched two of them in the stomach. They were knocked out by that. "Wow, have humans gotten weaker over the years?" I asked. All the others but one jumped on top of me, but I pushed them off. The last one standing, which was the leader, pulled a knife out and got into a stance similar to Chara's. I still didn't pull out my weapons. He charged at me and swung 10 times. I dodged all but one, which cut me in the cheek. "Ha! Got ya!" The leader said. "You shouldn't have done that..." Kid said to the bully. "Why no-" The leader started to say, but was interrupted by me punching him in the head, which sent him flying into a wall. By then the school bell rang. Frisk and Kid told me they walk home together, since Kid is usually alone. I told Frisk I would take care of it, but Frisk said I should see how Toriel and the others were doing. I nodded, but headed to get Fig first. After all I think he should meet my other friends. He deserves to.
