HEYO I'M BORED IN MY PHOTO CLASS!

Since I have nothing to do (I finished my three day project in about 30 minutes) why not write on here to pass time, right?

I am most certainly going on a whim here and trying to write on the spot until something worthy of talking about or discussing but I have just realized: I rant all the time on here and nearly none of you know who I really am! So, this post shall be about yours truly, I hope you don't get extremely bored or disappointed while reading this, I'll try to make it as interesting as possible (and funny, I try to be funny).

So, uh, hi there. My name is Andrew Tompkins, but you can also call me Drew or Scooby Drew or Supreme Overlord. Whichever one suits you best.

I am currently 18 years old (and not totally diggin the adult scene might I add), and I was born in early April, in 1998, on Easter Sunday, actually. And yes, I was delivered by the Easter Bunny. It's cool, I know.

Growing up, I've been the nerd, socially awkward person in my family. I do very well in school when I am not busy procrastinating and somewhat tolerate it I guess. I have a t o n of friends whom I love dearly (thanks y'all for putting up with me and giving me attention) and I have a l o t of family whom I love as well. My interests cover writing (how ironic) to photo editing to youtube marathoning to reading books to sleeping to eating to music to astrology. Oh, and breathing. I basically dip into anything that can keep me at least minimally occupy me for hours at a time. Yes, I hear the cricket sounds from the audience now that I keep talking.

Let's see. Well I have a lot of favorite things and obsessions too! My favorite color is black, which I try to wear or surround myself with all I can. My favorite number is 32 cause its just a rad number that's not too big or not too small; It's okay to have 32 cats and also okay to eat 32 cookies as well. As for music, I OBSESS over Melanie Martinez, Marina and the Diamonds, Beyonce, Ariana Grande, a bit of Maroon 5, Lady Gaga, Adele, and Halsey. I love food, but am picky at the same time, but adore eating if you're picking up what I'm putting down, which better not be whatever I'm eating. 

As for schooling, as stated in the previous entry, I will attend the University of La Verne to study Journalism, and I hope to become some sort of travel blogger after that. I aspire to bring knowledge to the world, and to open minds, open hearts, and open new doors to peace and understanding.

Most importantly, I aspire to be at peace with myself. This whole life thing has been quite a journey, and with its ups and downs, it gets to be a lot sometimes. It's expected that we all carry baggage, but I hope to make mine feel just a little lighter with time. Pure, raw happiness has to be out there somewhere; I'm just trying to make that trek to find it.
