Rapid Reactions (A Mindless Behavior Story)

Between 5am & 7am

Previously: LJ and Holy escape from the underground cellars they were thrown in and confront Khalil, but LJ is surprised by the reaction she got from her brother and walks out at the opportunity, out of care Khalil runs after her but she disappears. When he returns he is surprised to see Holy hadn’t left, he reveals his affectionate side when with her and they share a twisted connection, but when a lady walks in he switches on her and starts to beat her in ways she never thought he would do.

*(YN)’S POV* 

After Ayana gave Tyra what she deserved I couldn’t help but smile, it was a bad thing to do especially as a friend but she was really getting on my nerves with her insensitivity, I couldn’t understand how you could act so selfish in a matter of seriousness. She saw the grin I had on my face and stormed away from us and didn’t come back on the bus, I couldn’t be bothered to call after her because I had much more important things to worry about. We arrived on the bus at about 5 in the morning, everyone but Ray was really tense, I lead them to the girls’ room and we discussed what we could do to help. 

Me: I understand if you’re confused Ray, but I want to thank you for being so understanding.

Ray: Of course, I mean I am confused but I also am shock… I can’t believe the coincidence.

Aimee: you have no idea… since everyone else knows my situation and you don’t-

Princeton: babe… I’ll explain it to him; you don’t have to re-live that shit

Aimee: no he has to know the full story

Princeton: did you leave out any parts when you told me?

Aimee: no it’s just-

Princeton: it’s nothing, I’ll tell him

I smiled at him, whatever doubts I had about him went at that moment, he had proved to me that he cared for her and that’s all I wanted for Aimee someone who cared for her. He winked at me and I nodded in approval then turned to the rest of the crowd.  Aimee wasn’t allowing anyone to see how much pain she was in but I could see it.

Me: I'm down for whatever when it comes to that guy, he's ruined my life and most of the people in it, he took away most of our innocence sexually or mentally therefore he has to be stopped. We gave him a chance, we could of told the full story in court, but he wants to come back and ruin my life some more?  Uh-huh not happening.

Aimee: Same goes for me.

Roc: if you're down, I'm down, as long as I know you're safe

Ray: me too (YN), you mean too much to m... to us.

Princeton: también yo, me too, this guy es loco

Prod: it’s only fair, I mean, he did try to kill me *shrugging*

Not at one point did I think I'd get that many people on my side, it was crazy,  I felt like crying from all the support; I knew within myself that when the time came I would kill him on my own without any of them getting involved. Prodigy nudged Ayana before I realised she hadn't said anything, I would of thought she would jump at the opportunity since he had her best friend. 

Ayana: guys I don't know... to kill him, wouldn't we be just as bad as him?

Why is she acting like this? He has her supposed "sister" so what else could she be hesitant for, the law hasn’t ever scared her before. The way she was dodging my eye contact was so obvious that she had something on her mind; her and LJ were so alike I remembered Aimee telling me LJ didn’t look her in the eyes either. I couldn’t afford to have any traitors on my side whether I’ll be doing all the dirty work or not, I need people I can trust on my side.
