Hey. Author here. Sorry I haven't updated in, like, forever. I've had major writer's block. Here's the update I owe you guys for being such great readers.

---

A week had passed. It was morning, just minutes after I had woken up. I felt awful. I was nauseous, and my bones ached, and I had a severe headache. I was used to the new morph form feeling by now, but it had never been this bad.

"Carrie? Are you okay?" Lauren asked, having noticed that something was wrong.

I put a hand on my forehead, as if checking the temperature. "I feel really sick. I don't think I'll be able to go to classes or breakfast today." I told her.

"Oh. Okay. Well, I have to go to classes but I hope you feel better soon." Lauren gave me a supporting smile, before heading off to class, leaving me alone in the dorm.

Alright. I was ready for whatever Morph form was in store for me. I was ready to get this over with. I didn't enjoy this feeling.

It didn't come quickly. For some time I just laid down on my bed, trying to calm the headache. I breathed heavily and wondered if eating something would help. Thankfully, I had some snacks that I kept in a secret stash in our dorm (unwise, I know, but in times like this I'm thankful). I grabbed a granola bar and ate it.

It didn't help. In fact, later I just threw it up.

I started to wonder if this was a Morph form feeling, or if I was just sick. Or both.

Eventually, after laying in bed feeling awful for some time, something happened. I turned into an elephant, and then a snake, and then a canary, and then several different forms, all in the blink of an eye, one after the other, morphing in fast motion.

When I was human again, I felt dizzy. The aching in my bones and the nausea seemed to fade, but the headache got worse. I wondered what had just happened...

Did I just get multiple Morph forms at once? Did I get... all of them?

To test it, I tried to turn into a golden retriever. I've always liked dogs.

It was hard, turning into anything with the throbbing pain in my head, but I managed it. I was a golden retriever.

Convinced that was enough proof that I had gotten all Morph forms, I turned back into a human.

And I fell back asleep.
