Two days pass before I am called to the jury's chamber again. Serria holds my hand all the way up to the door. Only to drop and stay in the back just like before. Andrew and Conner are standing in front of the jury's empty seats.
Conner glares at me out of the corner of his eye. My wolf starts to bare her teeth. I have to swallow the growl which only makes my wolf howl with frustration. Instead I simply nod my head and face forward.
The jury comes walking in and takes their places. "We have come to the decision, after talking you to the moonlight Council as well, that Kate had the right to fight for her position back. If she so chooses. Do you choose to take back your park or do you wish to live in this pack?"
Serria and I have already talked about this and we both know that it is up to me. "I choose to fight from my position as the alpha of the moonlight pack."
"Beta Serria, do you wish to follow her?"
"Yes, I do."
"You are aware that by siding with her if she were to loose the fight you will loose your place in this pack. You will become a rouge."
I glace over at her. She left this last part out last night when we were talking.
"If she were to loose I don't think I would survive. In the moonlight pack its fight to the death."
"Very well. If the alpha of the moonlight pack is ok with it, the right will take place once Kate is healed enough to fight."
He nods his head, "That will be fine." He looks at me, "When you are ready come back home and we will finally get that battle I have been looking forward to."
