“Hey phone, it’s Damon here, and I decided I was going to vlog my VidCon adventure,” Damon greeted, smiling into the camera. “So right now I’m here with this little girl, say hi Skip.”

I put my hands over my face, shaking my head. “Damon,” I groaned.

“Oh c’mon,” he said, walking over to sit on the small bed with me. “She’s just a little shy.”

Damon decided he was going to vlog while at VidCon so I wouldn’t be completely left out. I had to admit, it was really sweet, and while I was still upset I couldn’t go, I was still happy that Damon was going, his fans deserved it.

“Anyways, I better go,” he said, glancing at the plain clock that was hung on the white wall.

“Okay, bye,” I whispered, waving a little.

“Well don’t I get a goodbye kiss?” Damon pouted.

I glanced at the camera that he was holding in front of our faces, and he shrugged. I placed a small peck on his lips.

The day passed, my aunt wouldn’t be in today because she had a meeting with the manager of an art museum. She offered to stay, and cancel the meeting, but I told her that that was unnecessary.

I spent most of my time watching Doctor Who, and going on my phone. I tried hard not to go under the tag Skip and Damon, but my curiosity got the best of me, and I took a look anyways.

I thought Damon’s tweet would at least help with the hate, but it didn’t. Most of the things that people were saying were mean comments, some people were trying to calm everyone down by saying they should support Damon no matter what, and I agreed with them; and some, but very few, were nice.

I exited out, and locked my phone. I tried to push the thoughts to the back of my mind, but it was pretty hard; it seemed as if every word jacketed in hate was seeping into my mind, and stained my thoughts.

I wanted to call Damon, but I wasn’t going to bother him, VidCon was more important, and if I called upset. he would be back here in two seconds flat. Instead, I took a few shaky breaths, and resumed watching Doctor Who.

“Well you’re looking awfully pale,” a nurse said walking in suddenly. I paused, and turned my head to the side to see a tall, blonde nurse with blonde hair. I didn’t say anything, just smiled.

He walked over to be, and wrapped a blood pressure cuff around my arm. I looked at him quizzingly, and then shrugged.

“I’m Jason by the way,” he said, as he began to check my blood pressure.

“Nice to meet you Jason, I’m Skip,” I said.

“Ah, haven’t I heard of you from somewhere?” He asked. I looked at him confused.

 “I don’t think so.”

“That’s it!” He said suddenly “I read about you somewhere on Twitter, you’re that girl who’s dating Damon Fizzy.”

I blushed, but soon realized what he was saying. Did he watch Damon, or was this a bigger problem than I thought?

“Yeah, yeah, that’s me,” I answered.

“Yeah, Damon is one lucky guy,” Jason said. I smiled, but I couldn’t help but feel a bit awkward.

“Yeah, I guess,” I shrugged. “So do you watch Damon?”
