"Good morning, Skip!" My aunt chirped as I dragged my tired body into the kitchen. I went to the cabinet, got a glass, and poured myself some orange juice.

 "Good morning, Cari."

I walked over to the kitchen table, and sat down. I was certainly tired, I barely slept! My brain just wouldn't shut up about my night with Damon and my mom. It was like all the memories I shared with her decided to violently attack me, and it wasn't fun.

"Well," Aunt Cari voiced as she joined me at the table. "Are you going to tell me about your night?"

"What do you want to know?"

"Everything; from the moment he picked you up, to the moment you got back."

"Okay, well first he picked me up, and he gave me this." I said lightly tugging on the dog necklace he gave me last night.

"A dog necklace; why did he give you that?"

"Well, it's kind of a funny story. On the first night we talked, he asked me if I liked cats or dogs more, and I obviously told him I liked dogs more, so that's why."

 "That's so sweet!"

"I know, and then after that, we went to the movie theater, and he insisted he'd buy me my ticket, which I protested at first, but he was determined."

"Are you serious? You've gotten more romance on that one night out so far than I've gotten this whole year!" I laughed a bit at my aunt's comment, and then continued my story.

"The movie was pretty eventless, but at one point we brushed hands, and I blushed like mad, but after the movie was the best. We went for a drive, and he took me to this really beautiful field. We ran around, and looked at the stars, but I was too distracted by the fireflies."

My aunt looked down with a hint of sadness sketched on her face. I swallowed, it was hard for the both of us to talk about this.

 "Did you tell him?"

"Yeah, but it wasn't that bad. Afterwards, we caught fireflies together, like my mom and I used to."

"Well then that's good; he really is a nice guy."

"I know; when we finally got back, he asked me to go to his Aunt's wedding with him." A huge smile appeared on Cari's face, and I instantly began to blush.

 "Skippy, that's so good!"

"Hey, I told you to never call me that!"

"Sorry, sorry," she said putting her hands up in defense. "Anyways, that is fantastic! It'll give you time to talk, and weddings are always fun."

 "I know, I hope I don't embarrass myself."

Embarrassment always seemed to follow me around, almost every time I tried to impress someone, I'd always end up doing something stupid, and looking like an idiot.

"Well, I'm sure you won't. Do you have a dress?"

I shook my head no, I didn't think I would need one, so I didn't pack one, nor did we buy one when we were out the other day.

 "Perfect, I'll be right back!"

I watched as my aunt scrambled up the stairs. I finished my juice, and waited for her to get back. When she came back down, she was carrying the most beautiful dress I've ever seen! It was knee length in the front, but was longer in the back. It was a beautiful shade of creamy white, with small black polka dots that danced across it.

 "Oh my gosh, it's beautiful!"

"You like," she asked, displaying the dress.

"Do I like it? I love it!"
