Finding out (Adrienette)

Marinette POV

"Tikki help me take these pictures of the wall" I ask Tikki indicating to the pictures of Adrien. "We better make this quick Marinette, swing as how fast he got here last time" Tikki said meaning to the time Adrien came over to practice for the gaming tournament.

"Marinette, your friend is here" my mum called up the stairs a few minutes later. "I'll be down in a sec" I called back. I quickly stuff the picture in a drawer as Tikki changes the background on my computer to one of me and Alya. "Thanks Tikki. Now go hid" I said to Tikki before heading downstairs.

"Hi Adrien." I said give Adrien a small wave. "Hey Marinette." Adrien said smiling as I reached the bottom of the stairs. "Oh Marinette. Your father and I have some delivery to take care of so where gonna need you to look after the bakery late" my mum said to me. "Okay mamma. Will do." I replied. "Follow me Adrien" I said gesturing of Adrien to follow. "I'll bring you guys some snacks a bit later." Mom called out after us.

Tikki POV

I watch as Marinette renters her room with Adrien behind her. "Do you know what the project was about again?" Adrien asked putting his bag on the ground. "We're you not pay attention?" Marinette asked turning around her sketchbook in her hands. "I kinda zone out at that part" Adrien said rubbing the back of his neck. "We're supposed to design something that LadyBug and Chat Noir would wear" Marinette said flipping through a few pages of her sketchbook. 'Well that shouldn't be to hard' I thought seeing as they are them. I soon notice Adrien's bag shack and Plagg pops his head out. He spots me a zoomed over with out being seen. "Tikki" he whispered tackling me into a hug.

Marinette POV

'So far so good' I thought as I continued to flip though my ladybug design. "Those are some pretty good designs Marinette" Adrien said looking over at my designs. "Thanks. They are based of LadyBug, but I don't know which one she would like" I said placing my sketchbook on my desk and leaning backwards as the trap door opened. "Here are some snacks for you guys" Mum said holding up a tray. "Thanks Mum" I said taking the tray and putting it on my desk. "No problem" she said before closing the door. "Your bakery makes the best pastries" Adrien said taking a croissant off the tray.

I smile and pick up my book again, but hear a small noise from behind. I turn around to see Tikki and another kwami the trap door. "You okay, Marinette" Adrien asked turning around to look at me before seeing the kwami's "hello Adrien, or should I say Chat" Tikki said looking over at Adrien. "Wait your Chat" I said looking at Adrien. "I guess the cats out of the bag m'lady" Adrien said smiling. I spun around and rested my head on the desk. "Marinette. I'm sorry" Adrien said putting his hand on my shoulder. I shrug it of as I stand up.

"No I need to get this though. The boy I've been crushing on for more than a year who I can hardly speak to, is also my partner in protecting Paris." I say startling Adrien. "Mari" "And you had a crush on LadyBug who you didn't know, turns out to be the clumsy girl Marinette" I added cutting Adrien off. "Marinette Listen" Adrien said getting up and moving in front of me. "Don't doubt yourself Marinette. Your amazing. Maybe that's why I probably why I started having a bit of a crush on you" Adrien said wrapping his arms my waist. "You do" I said looking up at him. "Will this prove it?" Adrien asks before pressing his lips onto mine.

Adrien pulls back and stares down at me. "Okay I believe you" I said smiling up. "But we should probably work on our project" I added slipping out of Adrien grasp and heading back to my desk "party pooper" I hear Adrien say. I give a giggle as I look though my designs for somethings that I would wear.

Next one done. So pleased with myself.
