Best friend (Adrienette)

Adrien sighed as she stared out his window as the rain trickled down. He surveyed his room and saw Tikki and Plagg sitting on his bed talking before turning back to the window. Tikki was visiting Plagg and he wished Marinette was here too but she was out on a date with her boyfriend Nathaniel so Tikki had came here. He didn't know when but he had started developing feelings for his best friend but he couldn't tell her since she already had someone.

The door suddenly burst open and Plagg and Tikki immediately hid as Adrien turned to see Marinette tears streaming down her face her clothes socked from the rain. "Marinette" Adrien cried jumping up and grabbing a towel for his friend. "I t-trusted him" Marinette cried as she buried herself into Adrien chest as he hugged her. Adrien immediately knew Nathaniel had done something wrong.

"What did he do Mari" Adrien asked bringing her into his room and placing her on his bed as Tikki and Plagg flew out. "Marinette" Tikki cried hugging Marinette on the cheek. "H-He c-cheated on me" Marinette cried burring herself in Adrien. "I t-though he a-actually l-like me" Marinette added.

"Can I go destroyed him Adrien" Plagg asked. Plagg can get very protective when it comes to Marinette. "I already did" Marinette said sitting up. "Oh and what did the mighty princess do to him" Adrien asked cause Marinette to laugh. "Well after I dumped him, I dumped the smoothies I had gotten for us on him, I kicked him in the balls and I broke his nose" Marinette said smiling as she wiped her  tears away. "I personally want to know what her did" Tikki said who was sitting on Marinette shoulder. "He was making out with Lila" Marinette stated. (Don't get mad at me but I kinda ship Nathaniel and Lila. Don't asked because I don't know but I ship them)

"Lila" Adrien gasped. "Yeah. I noticed he was hanging around Lila a lot and now I know why" Marinette said staring to tear up again. "I just wanted to be loved by someone and I thought it was Nath" Marinette added burring herself in her hands. "Marinette you are loved" Adrien said grabbing her arms as she looked up. "By who" She asked. "By me. I love you Marinette. More than just a friend" I said smiling at her knowing that I had just confessed. "Adrien...I." Marinette gasped not knowing what to say.

Adrien smile and gently kiss Marinette on the lips as her eyes widen. Her best friend just admit to loving her and now her was kissing her. Marinette soon came back into focus and kissed Adrien back. Adrien eyes snap open when Marinette kisses back. Tikki and Plagg stare at the two before floating out of the room leaving two kissing teens.

The two teens finally pull away both panting for air. "Thank you....for being there ....for me ...Adrien" Marinette panted leaning into Adrien chest as her eyes fluttered shut. "I'll always be here for you M'lady" Adrien said as they lay down on the bed and fell asleep together.
