Masquerade ball part 1 (LadyNoir)

Marinette POV

"I can't believe the Mayor is inviting Ladybug and Chat Noir to his ball this weekend" Alya squealed in delight as she tapped away on her blog. "I know. Now you can get your all time interview with her" I said as we entered the classroom. "I can't wait. This is going to be awesome" Alya said trying to calm down which obviously wasn't working. "Wooh Alya. What got you all excited" Nino asks as he and Adrien took their seats down in front of us. "The Mayor's ball this weekend" Alya said.

"I guess I better start making your dress Alya" I said pulling my sketchbook out and started flipping through the design. "And one for you" Alya said nudging me in the arm. "I kinda wasn't planing on going" I said looking up at her. "What why not" Alya said staring at me. "Have you seen how much homework where getting." I said trying not to say that I had already done my homework. "I know but still" Alya said. "Hey I'm not going either." Adrien said looking up at us. "Why not dude" Nino said looking over at him. "I'm probably gonna have a photoshoot, and I kinda don't want to be dragged of by Chloe" Adrien said as Chloe entered closely followed by Sabrina.

(Skip to after school)

"Hey what colour dress do you want Alya" I asked as we left school. "I think a nice purple will do girl" Alya said happily. "H-hey Marinette" Nathaniel said approaching us. "Hey Nath what up" I said smiling at him. "I'll see you tomorrow Marinette" Alya said giving me a wave before walking off to leave me with Nathaniel. I turned back to Nathaniel as he bright red. "Marinette, will you g-go to the Mayor ball with me" Nathaniel ask going redder. "Oh. I'm really sorry Nath, but I'm not going" I said "It's okay" Nathaniel said looking a bit sad. " I'm really sorry Nath." I said putting my hand on his shoulder. "It's fine" Nathaniel said looking up. I gave a small smile before my phone when off. "Sorry Nath, but I gotta go, my parents are waiting for me" I said looking at him. Nathaniel gave me a small smile before I headed of the the bakery.

"Marinette, why did you say no to Nathaniel" Tikki asked popping up out of my bag as I entered my room "Well if I said yes, how else is Ladybug going to go if I'm there" I said handing her a cookie, before flipping to one of my Ladybug designs in my sketchbook. "I can't exactly ditch him" I said as I started searched for fabric for my dress.

"Done" I said looking at the finish dress. The dress was red with a pock a dotted skirt. The dress also had a black ribbon around the waist with elbow length gloves and red flats. "It's amazing Marinette" Tikki said as I carefully put the dress away. "Thanks Tikki. Now for Alya's dress" I said flipping to her dress.

Hey everyone. Sorry that I haven't posted anything thing in a while since I've been super busy.

I'm making this one two parts otherwise this chapter would take forever to do. Will post as soon as possible.
