Thirty-four

I arrive at my moms house and I pull up outside with the cops behind me, I get out the car running up my moms driveway grabbing her key unlocking the door rushing inside, I run upstairs with Andy right behind me I run in the room Ella would be sleeping in but she wasn't in the bed

"Where is she?!" I screamed at Andy fear hit me straight in the gut I turn the bedroom light on walking into the room turning looking at Andrew and the two cops

"What the hells going on?" My mom asked as she appeared behind the two police officers looking like a zombie

"Where's Ella?" I asked her panicking

"In my room" my mom replied I rushed past everyone going to my moms room seeing Ella sleeping peacefully in the bed.

I lay down next to Ella cuddling up to her not long later Andy walks in with my mom.

"There's going to be a unit outside here for the night and one at ours just incase" Andy said

"What just incase your crazy psychotic ex turns up to tries to kidnap my baby or worse! This is your fault she's in danger and so am I because of you!" I snapped at him

"That's not fair sweetheart. It's not Andrews fault and she's his daughter too" my mom pointed out

"I'm sorry I'm just scared" I cried laying there looking at Ella sleeping.

"I will sleep in the spare room. You both stay in here with Ella" my mom said before leaving the room.

Andy sits down on the bed rubbing my thigh I outstretch my hand pulling him to me as the tears fell silently down my face

"I'm sorry" I said as he cuddles up behind me pulling me into his body kissing my shoulder

"It's okay. Tensions are high. Nothing's gonna happen, I promise you that"

I lay there looking at Ella sleeping hoping what Andy said was true.

I barely slept the that night I laid there listening to Ella and Andy sleeping which was the most amazing sounds ever hearing them both breathing as Andy cuddled into me I realised I was one of the most luckiest girls on the planet.

I must of fell asleep because I wake up to Ella shaking me
"Mommy" she said shaking me tapping my face gently "what are you doing here?"

I look at her feeling the space behind me empty, I panic slightly not knowing where Andy was but I didn't show that I was worried the last thing I wanted was to worry Ella.

"I come to see you because I missed you so much" I smiled

"Grans doing me blueberry pancakes for breakfast" Ella smiled as she kneeled there.

"Wow! your one lucky monkey" I said tickling her tummy causing her to laugh out.

I get up out of bed and we head downstairs, my heart was racing as I was worried that Andy wasn't here.

Ella and I hear noise from the kitchen and she goes to to run but i grab her but she gets out my grip running into the kitchen
"Daddy!" She shouted with excitement "your here too"

I rush into the kitchen seeing Andy and my mom "don't just leave me like that" I said running over grabbing him in a hug
"I'm sorry you was asleep."

"I panicked" I said squeezing him tight

"So Andy and I have been talking" my mom started

"What about?" I asked her leaning on the counter next to Andy

"Go on" my mom said to Andy "you suggested it"

"Suggested what?" I look at Andy waiting for him to explain what was happening

"Okay me and your mom have spoken and we both think this is a good idea"

"What's a good idea?" I asked frowning

"That I take Ella away for a awhile. Just till it blows over" my mom
Said

"Take Ella where?" I asked thinking that maybe it was a good idea

"England" my mom said

"You both crazy!" I shouted in disbelief "England?"

"She be okay there. they will be okay, I have family there" Andy explained

"Ella will be safe just till it blows over" my mom said I stand there looking down at Ella

"Okay" I nodded not liking the idea at all "take her to England"
