Interrogation

In the morning, Empress Diana went to the electricity chamber to interrogate Echo. Echo was still on the floor, too weak to stand. The electricity had weakened her muscles, so she didn't have the strength. Echo had saw Diana come in and she made an effort to try and sit up. Diana had two guards with her and she dismissed them. "What do you want? I think I have a good dosage of electricity." "Oh please, there's no need for that. I just came to ask you some questions." "You really think I'm gonna answer those questions? Sorry to burst your bubble, but I'm not telling you any thing." "I'm just going to pretend you didn't say that. Now, how did you know that we had a top secret experiment going on?" Echo wasn't talking, like hell she's gonna rat out the rebellion. "What makes you think I'm gonna talk?" Diana frowned at this. "Next question. Did you have any informative about what we were doing?" No answer. "Did you harbor any fugitives, like your father harbored you?" That was it. She crossed the line. Echo stood up and got right in Diana's face. "Don't ever talk about my dad like that, sua puta imperial." Diana's eyes narrowed and she snapped her fingers and walked out. Two guards came in. "Bring the power level up to 11." The two guards nodded and pulled the lever on the control console up 11 units. The chamber lit up and Echo screamed louder than last time. Through the pain, she could see her father's face for a brief moment.

In the cells...

The mercs could hear Echo's screams all the way back to the cell hallway. It was worse than last time. Medic started to cry again, but he was interrupted by Spy uncloaking in front of him. "Spy! How did you escape?!" "I took the keys from an unsuspecting guard. I have a plan to escape and save Echo. I'll disguise myself as a guard and bring the Dead Ringer to her. She'll use it to drop a fake corpse and fool the guards, and she will be able to escape." Medic nodded. "Okay, this sounds like a good plan." "Good, I will put my plan into action later tonight."
