Obrigado Medic

Echo knocked on the med-bay doors, and Medic came to find Heavy carrying her with an arrow in her knee. He looked at her with concern and told Heavy to leave her with him. Heavy dropped her in Medic's arms and left, mumbling something about sandvitches. Medic brought her to the examination table and told her to prop her bad leg up while he went to get some supplies. She obeyed, wincing as she did so. He soon returned wearing his red gloves and holding a small first aid kit. He went over to her and brought out some antiseptic and a small cotton ball. "This will sting a little, frau", he said before rubbing the antiseptic on some of the small cuts on her body. She hissed as the antiseptic bit at her already burning cuts. Soon the stinging ended and bandages were placed on the small cuts. Medic went down to her knee and examined the arrow. "Is it bad, doc?", she asked. Medic looked up at her and saw the fear on her face. "Nein, it is not too deep in your knee. I just need to remove it", he said, trying to reassure her. She relaxed a little and allowed him to get some anasthetic. When her knee was numbed, he proceeded to remove the arrow. She didn't look as he did his work, but she could feel the shaft being removed. After he removed the arrow, he bandaged her kneecap and helped her off the table. "Do you feel alright Echo?" "Yeah, I'm fine." She tried to walk, but stumbled forward and was caught by Medic. She looked up at him, her cheeks red. "I should carry you to your room", he said, concerned. She tried to protest, but was silent when Medic picked her up and held her bridal style. She wrapped her arms around his neck for security. She could feel her heart hammering in her chest. "Why am I feeling like this?", she asked herself. They arrived at her room and he set her down on the bed. "Obrigado Medic." He looked at her confusedly, not knowing what she said. He got up to leave, but not before giving her a kiss on her temple. "Guten Nacht, Echo", he said before leaving. After he closed the door, Echo smiled to herself and touched the place where Medic kissed her. She went to bed that night, dreaming of him.
