"Yup, he's in New York."Bonnie sighed after finishing her locator spell. "You don't think he'll kill her right?"Caroline asked her. "I mean, it's not like you would care either way."Bonnie spat slamming her grimore.

"Bonnie, I do care. She's a nice girl. She's pretty innocent to me. I know I seem like a bad person for spilling the beans but come on Bonnie. They so have a thing for each other."Caroline frowned.

"She's not his toy. She is or was his girlfriend. She doesn't wish to be manipulated or hurt in any way. You guys make it seem like he deserves her."Bonnie argued biting her lip.

"Bon, that's the only way to have a suitable Kai. He's only a mess when she's away. You didn't sleep next to his room. That dude has issues."Caroline defended taking a sip of Bourbon. "Could you imagine being alone in a room with Kai Parker for a second? Because I've just about killed myself and she's spent decades with the dude."Bonnie replied.

"Every relationship has issues. If anything. He's gonna get his girl back and go back to civil Kai. He wouldn't dare hurt anyone in front of her. She loves him back Bonnie. She just couldn't handle what he did to all those people."Caroline reasoned.

Bonnie shook her head. "She doesn't wish to be stuck with a monster any much than you do."She got up walking to her room.

D:So, the little twat is in New York? For her? Boy, he must actually love her.

S:Take him to a bar, get him to mingle with others since he's obviously in need for something new.

D:Fine. I'll keep an eye on the weasel.

Gabby drifted to consciousness as the sun rays shined on her lids. She turned away from the rays into Kai's chest. His snores got softer as he rested his chin in her nest of a hair. He wrapped his arms around her tighter finally able to actually sleep for the first time. Gabby layed there only pretending she was asleep.

She too had finally slept through the whole night since what felt like forever. This embrace only reminded how safe she felt with him. She hated herself for how she fell so hard for him over just the smallest things.

She turned away from his chest. and tried to climb out of his grasp. After a while of struggling, "Kai, I have to pee."She whined. "Hold it, I haven't slept this good in decades."He states completely awake. Gabby rolls her eyes at him probably finding amusement with her trying to wiggle free.

"I'll make breakfast."Gabby offers but he just rubs her arm. "Fine, but only because I'm starving."Kai sighs letting go. Gabby got up quickly before he changed his mind and rushed to bathroom.

She did her morning routine and walked into her room in only a towel. "You don't have to hide. We may look young but come on, Gab. We practically know every freckle on every part of each other's body."Kai smirks from his side of the bed.

Gabby just rolls her eyes finding her a outfit to wear. Something comfortable since she would have to move wherever Kai was headed. She knew to pack light but in 1990's she wasn't big on make-up like she has grown accustomed to now.

Kai immediately got out of her bed and walked to the bathroom. Him using the tiolet then just hoping in the shower. "Here."Gabby handed him some fresh pair of underwear as he walked out the bathroom in a robe.

He looked at her skeptical wanting to ask but not wanting the answer. "They are mine. After wearing yours long ago I find them refreshing to wear sometimes."She explains before looking down.

He only smirks as he drops her towel making her look up in shock. "How long will you be mad at me?"Kai asks as Gabby made her way down the hallway.
