Natasha stepped into the elevator and pressed the button. "Natasha!" Steve shouted after her. He got into the elevator right before the doors closed and her eyes met his eyes. "Where are you going?" He asked and she smiled.
"You know how I said all good nights starts with a party? Never listen to me again." She said with a smile. He smiled back at her. "I have work in the morning." She said instead and he nodded. "That's too bad. That means I have to go too." He said with half a nod.
"What are you talking about? Go back up there, drink some drinks. Have some fun." She said and he chuckled. "It'll never be fun without you." He said and she looked down at her feet while shaking her head.
"Damn you Rogers." She said quietly.
"What?" He asked and she looked at him.
"Can't you at least make it a little easier for me?" She said and he looked at her confused. "Make what easier?" He asked and she sighed annoyed.
"Letting you go." She said and he almost laughed.
"Yeah that won't work." He said with a smile.
Natasha shook her head as thoughts flew around her head. She decided to ignore it all. She pressed the stop button in the elevator and it stopped immediately. Steve stared at Natasha. Natasha stared at Steve. "Natasha.." Steve said and she took a few quick steps closer to him before their lips met. The same warmth rushed through Natasha's body and she pressed him to the elevator wall. He wrapped his arm around her back, pressing her even closer as he deepened the kiss. He felt the taste of expensive alcohol from the tip of her tongue and put his hand through her hair.
"Are you sure?" Steve asked between the passionate kisses. Natasha ripped his shirt open and stared into his eyes for a few seconds.
"Are you?" She said with a smirk before he kissed her again. She let her hands travel over his chest before she took off his shirt. He started kissing her neck before she interrupted and dragged off her dress. Steve looked at her for a long time while she was standing in just her underwear. Natasha was used to men staring at her body but Steve stared so much longer. It was as if he examined every little part of her and she started to feel uncomfortable. It felt like he saw right inside her. He smiled as he let his hands travel from her waist up to her face. He had never seen anything more beautiful. He began kissing her again as he lifted her up and pressed her to the wall. She wrapped her legs around his waist, holding on to him tight. He kissed her neck and she moaned a bit as his hands traveled all over her body. His touch made her weak and his kisses changed her. She had been kissed by lots of men, but his kisses made her feel loved. Like she mattered. Like she was important.
Steve tensed every time Natasha touched him. Her small hands traveled all over his body as if she wanted nothing more. The act made him weak and to have her so close was more than he could ever dream of. Natasha dragged off her underwear as Steve kissed her collarbone and down to her breasts. She felt cheated by her own thoughts. This is what she had missed out on. She brought her lips to his again and as he went inside her, she knew she could never let him go.

It was a bit unclear how they had ended up at Steve's bed that night. They both had grabbed some drinks at a bar close to Steve's apartment and Natasha's mind was a bit blurry. Steve had remembered everything though, one of the pros with not getting drunk. He will forever have the memories of the most wonderful night in his life. Natasha laid on her side in Steve's bed, looking at him who slept peacefully beside her. She let her fingers caress his bare chest as she stared at his face. She felt so happy. A kind of happiness she usually never felt. To just see him lay there right beside her was too much. And that he wanted to be with her too was beyond her control. Her mind went blurry as she looked at him. A smile spread across her face and she put her head on his chest. Steve moved a bit as she did so and for a minute she thought she had woken him up. She felt his arm around her as he pressed her a little closer. He fell back to sleep and she moved her head closer to his neck. She kissed his neck slowly a few times before putting her arm over his chest, breathing in his scent. She slowly fell asleep, feeling more loved than she had ever felt in her sad, lonely life.
