Riley's POV
I honestly don't know why Maya was acting so mean around Ethan I mean he is just a guy. She told me that he 'pushed me to the ground' and stuff but I honestly don't believe her he's too sweet for that. Maya came over to reason with me but my brain just couldn't process this. I got a phone call from Ethan moments later
Riley; Hello?
Ethan; Hey, Riley?
Riley; Yes?
Ethan; Hey um it's Ethan. I smiled when I found out it was him but I was also confused.
Riley: Oh hey! Wait how do you know my number?
Ethan: Oh um Maya gave it too me
Riley: Doesn't she hate you?
Ethan: Yeah but she was nice enough that time. I knew he was lying but I didn't care cause I like him obviously.
Riley: I guess but what did you call me for ?
Ethan: Oh yeah um I just wanted to ask you um if you wanted to go on a date?. I giggled and smiled
Riley: Of course Ethan! What time and where?
Ethan: At Topanga's and at 8:30 pm on Saturday
Riley: That's great see you there!
Ethan: Bye.
I hung up and smiled and giggled. Maya looked at me confused
"Who was that?" She asked pointing to the phone. I got out of my dream and looked at her scared
"Um, Nobody!" I said. She looked at me dead in my eyes and she buried deep into my soul and I couldn't help it
"It was Ethan! He asked me out on a date and I kinda maybe said yes" I said as fast as I could. She looked at me in seriousness
"Are you kidding me!" She yelled. I shook my head
"Riley! He hurt you how can you do th--" she said while looking away it looked like she remembered something
"You don't like him do you?" She asked me. I looked away in awkwardness
"Do you?!" She asked again but this time more furious. I nodded and closed my eyes thinking she was gonna do something but to my surprise she did nothing but walk out the door. I looked at her leaving it was horrible already.

Maya's POV
I can't believe Riley will still go out with that jerk! I know she lost her memories about him but now he's just using her for, I don't even know what. I left her house angrily because I wanted her to realize that I'm not always going to be there for her, but I am. I phone buzzed I got a text from Lucas I rolled my eyes
Lucas; Hey Maya can we talk?. I rolled my eyes from the text this jerk wanted to talk just after he broke my heart?
Maya: Um okay I guess
Lucas: Yay!
Maya: Don't get too happy too see me cause I know I'm not gonna be happy to see you
Lucas: That's the Maya I know and love. I rolled my eyes again
Maya: Yeah, you can say that
Lucas: Meet me at Topanga's on Saturday
Maya: Okay.
I turned off my phone and sighed. I wasn't ready to face him again after he left me like everyone else.

Narrators POV
It was Saturday morning and Maya and Riley have not talked this whole week. They were still trying to find out what they were going to do for their dates. Riley sat at her bay window, it's where Riley and Maya would solve all of their life mysteries but this time she sat alone. She was thinking about what Maya said at Topanga's the last time she met Ethan but she just couldn't remember. Riley got ready she put on a red dress with flowers on with black combat boots and a short jean jacket and headed out the door. She was going to meet him at 12:30pm at Topanga's.

Riley's POV
I walked into Topanga's where I saw Ethan. He stood up when he saw me and we awkwardly hugged and we sat down and it was quiet for a while we just looked at each other when the waiter came and gave us our smoothies. I drank my smoothie not knowing what to say but looked at the wall
"So? How's everyone's dayy?" I asked to lighten up the mood. He looked at me
"It's good" he said. I looked up back at the wall and I heard the door swing open. It was Maya and Lucas I was shocked. I remembered something happened between them I looked at them confused as Maya smiled and waved at me.
Maya's POV
I got ready for my talk with Lucas I was not ready to see him after all this. He was my world, my smile and my light for my dark path, but he beeped from outside my eyes and I stuck my head out the window and he was smiling and I observed him for a second. He was just the way he was before perfect but looking a little more depressed
"I'm coming!" I yelled. I breathed out and headed out the house, when I got down we stared into each other's eyes for little bit
"Um, so how you been?" He asked me and I smiled
"I've been doing great" I said awkwardly and looked around
"Yeah, let's go" he said breaking the silence. I got into his car and we drove to Topanga's hoping not to see Riley there. We entered and to my surprise we saw Riley and she looked at us confused and I smiled slightly and waved her.
She watched us walk from the door to the counter top where we would be drinking our smoothie. Lucas looked at me and I looked at him back
"What are you looking at?" I asked while my voice for soft
"You. You're beautiful I don't know why I left you" he said. My eyes widened I couldn't help but smile but that smile quickly disappeared
"Yeah, I don't know why you did" I said cocky looking at Ethan and Riley. I couldn't help it he made me mad and happy at the same time
"What's wrong? Short stack is jealous?" He said cocky as well but I looked at him seriously
"No! I'm not jealous! And if you call me short stack..." I said while the waiter gave us our smoothie I looked at it and picked it up
"I will pour this smoothie all over your head" I said angrily. He looked at me
"Oh really?" He said. I nodded
"Short Stack." He said slowly. I looked at him seriously. At that point I wanted to kill him. With no hesitation I poured the smoothie over his head and stomped out of Topanga's.

The lucaya 'talk' didn't go how ether of them wanted it too.
