*Aspen's POV*

"Sage. Look at me. You are great person. And don't ever say that you don't want to live anymore or I swear I'll kill you. What happened to Brayden was terrible. But it wasn't your fault.", I say and pull her into a hug.

"Aspen. If I had told him to put on his seat belt, he would still be here. If that guy that hit us wasn't drunk, he'd still be here.", she says and I shake my head.

"Everything happens for a reason. Even if it doesn't make sense. I promise you that it will get better.", I say and she smiles for a second.

"Thank you.", she says and I smile.

"No problem. But I'm serious. Don't you ever say you don't wanna live anymore cause then I'll kill you.", I say and she laughs.

*Brody's POV*

I pull into Heagyn's and bang on the door.

"Do you have to make that much noise?", Heagyn says as he opens the door.

I walk past him and he closes the door behind me.

"Don't tell me. Your girlfriend and you are over?", he says and I clench my jaw.

I look at Ryker who is half way through a bottle of scotch.

"What are you doing here?", I say and he looks at me.

"Well Sage got accepted into Columbia. And now I have nothing else to live for. Except you two.", he slurs and takes another sip from the bottle.

"Same.", I say and grab the bottle out of his hand and down the rest of the scotch.

"You two are pathetic.", Heagyn says and our heads snap in his direction.

"What?", Ryker says and I look at him.

"Instead of moping around and drinking. You guys should be trying to get them back. I know I'm Mr. One Night Stand, but come on. I know a few things about making things like this work. But you gotta want it. You can't just go and fix a relationship cause the sex is good. If you really care about them, you'll get your asses off my parents couch and go and fix what you broke. Which at this point is probably Sage's heart and Aspen's trust.", he says and I raise my eyebrows.

"Wow. Was not expecting that.", Ryker says and I nod.

"But you guys might wanna shower and take a couple of aspirin before you go and try to make things right.", Heagyn says and we nod.

"You know thinking back to last year, we would've hit it and quit it a long time ago. But I guess when you fall in love it's different.", I say and Ryker looks at me weird.

"No chick moments.", he says and I laugh.

*Sage's POV*

"You want some ice cream?", I say to Aspen and she nods.

I stand up and walk over to the freezer. I pull out the ice cream and serve some in two bowls.

"You think that they'll come around?", she says from the couch.

"I don't know. You know the type of rep they have.", I say and she laughs.

"Yeah but I think they've changed. Ryker used to be the guy that boys would find their girlfriends sleeping with. And Brody used to be the boy who got in fights and made out with chicks in study hall. But look at them now.", she says and I bring her the ice cream.

"Maybe you're right.", I say and turn on the tv.

I think about how my life got better as Ryker came into it. He makes me happy and I want him. I want his arms wrapped around me. I want him to kiss me and not care who sees. I just want Ryker.
