Zachary's POV:

Surprise !!! I bet you didn't know it was coming * haha* !! So You guys happy?? *wink* here's your chapter !!!

There is chaos every where , people running everywhere to protect themselves , fire surrounding us and I am not able to do anything , I felt weak and pathetic , just watching the horror happening in front of my eyes , a war has been declared on our pack by a large group of rouges and my parents are fighting hard to protect our pack and me . my dad is fighting with those rouges .

I hear growls nearby and I start
running to find a hiding place , I had promised my parents that I will live for them , I cannot break that promise . I saw a big tree and I hid behind it .

" Where is your son Emma ?? , give him to us and we will leave your pack , or else I will kill everyone of you mercilessly " . I hear a man talking to my mom, to get a better view I move from my place to see a man holding my mother's neck . " I don't know where he is , leave him alone you bastard ! Why are you behind him ! He is just a child !" My mom yells at that man .
Why does this man want me ?? I don't know what's going on in my life anymore .

I could not see my Mom standing there helpless in front of those men , I have to protect my mom , so I come out of my hiding place and I stand in front of that man . that guy looks surprised seeing me and i could see the shock in my mom's eyes , I am sorry mom but I cannot leave you alone , I don't care what will happen to me but I cannot see this happening to my parents .

" See Emma ?? Your son made our work easier by directly coming to us ! He is a good boy " . that man laughs at my mom . at this point my mom knew we couldn't defeat them .
before I could say anything else my mom pushes that guy making him fall on the ground and she picks me up and starts running to the woods I could see those men were far but coming behind us .

Mom stops running " Zach my world ? " my mom calls me I look at my mom's eyes I could see her love for me " Never do that again Ok ? When you know you're just a kid , you understand me ?? ".
I just nod at her . she smiles at me " I love you Zach your mom and dad love you very much ". that was the last I heard from my mom as she threw me into the river to protect me from those people and looked at me one last time .

I jolted up from my dream , sweating .
3 Am in the night .
I get these dreams everyday , and it is impossible for me to escape that dream , I barely sleep because I don't want to see the same dream again and again waking up feeling pathetic .

I get up from my bed and I go to bathroom to take shower because I didn't feel like sleeping again , it had become a habit for me from past 13 years seeing the same dream . I took a quick shower and
Threw some grey T-shirt and jeans and I walk out of my room .

I entered my office to do some paper work , I always indulge myself in work and my pack duties to ease my pain , I often forgot who I was . I mind link my beta " Theo come to my office now " I barked at him in mind link . I don't really care if he is sleeping right now , I am known to be rude and ruthless , people think I have a heart of Stone , its true I just care about my pack's welfare , my duties , my role as an alpha and to ensure my pack's needs .

Blood moon pack is pretty huge as I keep invading other packs to increase the land We have about 1000 wolves in my pack , this is the only pack to have so many numbers . rouges are killed without mercy , I have a hate for them from my childhood because they tend to give problems in every pack they go .
my wolf Xavier is very strong than the rest of the alphas out there , he demands respect from my pack he doesn't want to show his weaker side to anyone he's been always like this , so its harder for anyone to talk to me , I always like to be serious , I don't think for man like me my mate even exists .

I heard a knock on my office door, I knew it's my beta theo " Come in " . I tell him , " Alpha may I know why you asked for me at this time " theo tells not meeting my eye , I can tell he is afraid . " yes , I need you to file all this important papers which contains treaty of each pack in different files and arranged with names in it , Ok ? " I tell theo , but he looks at me wide eyed like I have suddenly grown two heads , I want to laugh at him but as a alpha I cannot show him I'm weak so I bite back my laugh .

I know he may think I have called him beta his sleep at this hour for such a simple work , but I can't help that I couldn't be alone in my office because its boring and I need some one to talk to so I thought why not call theo right ?

" Ok Alpha " theo mumbles to himself .
I just start writing and after sometime theo interrupts me " Alpha ?? Can I go and have my breakfast ? I am really hungry ! " . I just nod feeling pretty bad for waking him up so soon and made him do work , before I could say anything else he was on his feet running out of office , i wonder how hungry he was , this man is always hungry for food . I just chuckle to myself , but man time flies so fast !

The rest of the day went smoothly ..... and like everyday, some girls trying to get my attention , I don't know why do they try even though they know they won't get my attention... because I'm not interested in anyone of them .

I keep pack meeting every week to know what new things and strategies we need to adopt for better protection of the pack .
everyday we have training for our warriors in the pack we even train women , because i feel women also should be able to protect themselves from danger if there's any . after a long tiring day I just felt like showering and taking rest so I just completed my shower , it was already past midnight and was about to lay on my bed I heard a knock on the door
I groaned , why can't I live in peace!!

" Come in " I said to the person , it turned out to be my delta Cole , "Alpha " Cole said in a nervous tone , " What happend Cole ? Why are you nervous ?" I ask him .

" Actually Alpha we got a message from our patrol , they said there are group of rouges nearing our border " cole breathes out .
