Aurora's POV :
I stood there waiting for him to come out of the bathroom . He was inside for almost 10 mins now . Its funny that the man i knew was a very rude and ignorant few hours ago but this behavior is something i never imagined from him . It was really funny though , i giggled thinking what happened just 10 minutes back .
Five minutes later my mate slowly came out of bathroom , i stood there watching his every movement , he looked up to me and slightly scratched his head at the back . " I -u-uhm i had to pee very badly " he says with a awkward laugh . I was really thinking this guy is a doppelganger of my mate . He never reacted like this but i like this side of my mate waaayy better .
"Oh ok" was my smart reply .
Awkward silence continues .
"So.. you can move your stuff here i have lot of space in my wardrobe " he says pointing out the dark wooden closet , boiii.. it was huge !
"A-are you sure?" I still couldn't believe it .
"I mean it Aurora i regret my actions , so i have decided tomorrow i am going to announce you as my mate officially " He says coming closer to me . He removed the stray hair from my face , and cupped my face , it sent tingles everywhere in my body his blue eyes looking directly into my green ones i could see the yearning in his eyes.
"Its already late , lets move your stuff here " he says suddenly and goes out of the room.
Can i ever predict what he is thinking? Never !
I heaved a long sigh and walked towards my room to get my stuff, there wasn't much but only few essentials i had brought from my old pack . "I hope you're good jade i miss you " .
I quickly took my things and entered my mate's room, which was now mine too ,i still couldn't believe this was happening . Opened the other side of the wardrobe and started arranging my clothes in the clothes hanger . My mate wasn't in the room , i was disappointed a little. Finishing up everything i walked to the kitchen to prepare us a dinner , it made me so excited to be able to eat with each other so i fried chicken legs and prepared pasta with it .
After twenty minutes zachary entered the kitchen , freshly showered i could smell his cologne . He looked so handsome in such a simple T-shirt . I gave him a smile and he returned it to me in the same way . It made me so happy . I was genuinely happy for the first time on few years all because of my mate .
"Dinner?"
"Yes , i am very hungry" he replied seeing the chicken on the plate .
I was eager to know his reaction after eating the dinner i cooked for him . As he took the first bite his eyes were wide , "Mmm this is so good you are a much better cook than Marissa " He said biting into the chicken happily . My smile was so wide you could see all my 32 teeth in it i couldn't help it !
For the first time had some common conversation between us , his likes ,his role as an Alpha, his favorite colour was navy blue And i loved that colour too . He asked about my likes too but i was relived that he didn't ask about my past life . I have no idea how to tell him about my old pack , when things settle between us i will surely tell him .
We washed our dishes together , he seems to be a really nice man on the inside .
It was already half past ten and it was time to sleep , we headed towards our room , and i could hear him locking our door . It made my heart beat faster , i changed myself into my comfy shorts and a baggy T-shirt , i came outside the bathroom too see my mate in without his shirt on . His six pack abs on full display . He looked just like a greek god , my eyes were fixed on his body , it was just sexy, wait sexy is an understatement .
"My eyes are up here you know?" He teased me . I blushed beet red .
"Uhh nothing " I waved my hands and walked to the bed and it was his turn to stare at me clothes , i could see his pupils dilated slowly turning dark for a moment and became normal again .
I realized I wasn't wearing any bra underneath the T-shirt and i was suddenly conscious of it .
"Are we sleeping on a same bed ?" I asked with uncertainty laced voice . "If you don't want to i can sleep on the couch i wont mind it , I don't want to force you unless you're ready " His voice has such a warmth to it that i had never felt before .
"I-i have no problem sleeping on a same bed " i said calmly but i was dying inside imagining that we are sleeping next to each other . He just smiled in reply , I loved seeing him smile , whenever he smiled i smiled too i couldn't resist it , His smile is contagious!
I quickly got into the king sized bed and it was so warm and bouncy , it was instant love i snuggled inside the bedcovers and made myself warm , i could feel he also got inside the bedcovers . My heart was beating wildly .
He turned over and whispered "Good night Aurora" . There were butterflies inside my stomach , I was blushing like a mad woman . Those words were enough to put me in a much needed good night's sleep .

As i couldn't update since september , i decided to give y'all another update ! Im so happyy ! Writing these chapters for you guys makes me soo happy ! I love all of your support !!!
