Aurora's POV :
The bright sunlight hit my face , ruining my blissful sleep I turned the other side so that the rays won't fall on my face . After sometime I didn't feel sleepy anymore . Why sun ?? Just why ??? Slowly I got up yawning and checked the watch it was 9 in the morning . Its pretty early after all . So lazily I got down from my bed literally dragging myself to the bathroom . I looked at my reflection in the mirror my hair was a mess . " Any homeless bird could take shelter in my hair " I thought to myself .
I took a long shower soothing my nerves when yesterday's events flashed through my brain . It was the first time I was so close to my mate it felt so amazing . Now I am acting like a kid ! Grow up aurora .
I simply ignored my thoughts and finished my shower . I wrapped myself in a white fluffy towel and stepped out of bathroom to realize I didn't have any clothes to wear ! Crap ! "What do I do ??" I started pacing around the room in a towel thinking of a way to contact the person who gave me clothes yesterday . "But how can I even step outside ?! I don't even know who kept those clothes " .
As I was pacing around the room like a maniac i felt someone standing behind me . I quickly jumped around to see who it is when I turned around I stood frozen in my spot .
It was my mate who was currently in my room standing just a few metres away from me , his eyes roaming all around my body I could see his eyes visibly turning into black . He was standing with my clothes in his hand his eyes not leaving mine . I could not even move from my place but then I realized the fluffy towel I am wearing reaches only till mid thigh . I could feel heat up to my cheeks the next thing I did was stupid yeah I ran towards my bathroom and shut the door .
The embarrassment was too much for me to handle . I was pressing my ear on the bathroom door to hear if he left the room or not .
"I -Umm have brought your - Umm -clothes as you are in need of them totally and don't worry you will get your closet pretty soon " He said suddenly startling me . I could feel his smirk even though I couldn't see him . dork !
After hearing him closing my door I sneakily came out of bathroom looking for any sign of him but he wasn't there I sighed a relief and looked over to my bed . There was a very cute peach coloured blouse with washed out jeans , below my clothes there were my inner wears . A slight blush creeped into my cheeks "Did he choose clothes for me ?? He was the one who brought my clothes yesterday ??" I was embarrassed how did he know my exact size of my bra ? May be I am over thinking it and some other woman may have given it to him . "Yepp that's the case " I said to myself and starting putting my clothes on .
I must say the clothes fit perfectly on me , I quickly blow dried my hair and left it open , I quickly put some mascara and a lip gloss and headed downstairs . I found a familiar face down in the kitchen which I was happy to see . " Good morning Aurora ! My my you look fine this morning " Melissa said winking . I just chuckled at her "Thank you Melissa " and sat down on one if the chairs . "I have made some spaghetti and sausages ! You will love it" She chirped I eagerly nodded my head as k realized I was so hungry I hadn't eaten from yesterday morning . I am even ready to each as much as a baby elephant ! .
Melissa quickly put a plate full of spaghetti in front of me and I did not even waste a second before digging it in , it tasted so delicious I savoured every bit of it . " You're an amazing cook Melissa !" I said with spaghetti still in my mouth . she just laughed at me and continued with her work . After finishing with the breakfast I helped her with the dishes and decided to ask her about pack members as there was nobody around .
"Hey where did all pack members go ?" I asked curiously . " Oh they all have gone for training our alpha likes everyone to be trained even every woman of the pack is a trained fighter " she said proudly , I simply nodded at her . "That's very nice to hear" I said feeling proud of my mate . He truly is a good alpha for his pack .
Sometime later I realized I haven't seen Theo since yesterday . "Where is he ?" I asked my self . Honestly he is the best person in this pack who keeps me entertained all the time and I have started missing his presence already.
"Missing me already eh ? " a voice spoke behind me and I right away knew who it was . I turned around to see Theo grinning like an idiot . "Naaah why will I even miss you ? There are so many people I can talk to !" I teased him . " Oww I am so hurt that my heart needs medical attention right now ! " he acted clutching his heart . I let out a hearty laugh seeing his little drama and Soon even he joined with me and both laughed together . He was the one person who can lift my mood up in a second .
"So.. Mr beta where were you?" Hoping he would tell me about zachary's whereabouts . I haven't seen him since morning incident . I asked him casually . " I had some pack works to do and if you're asking about your mate then he has gone out of the pack to meet the other pack's alpha for some business .. He will be back by evening " He said in a i-know-you-wanted-to-know-about-him look . I grinned at him nodding my head .
We both decided to watch a movie in a theatre which is inside the house that I almost forgot . After thinking for a long time we decided to watch Mad max-Fury Road movie . It is one of my favorite ones . when I suggested the movie he was shocked . " I thought you were gonna torture me into watching some chick flicks with you ! Thank heavens " He said raising his hands . I chuckled at him . we both were pretty excited and theo brought some popcorns to eat while watching the movie. I have no idea where he brought them under five minutes but I couldn't care less as movie had started .
When the movie ended it was already evening and both of us were starving so we headed downstairs to the kitchen to find there was nothing to eat and Melissa was no where to be seen . The look on theo's face said that he was gonna cry any second it was so funny that i burst out laughing till i had tears in my eyes . But theo simply glared at me . " Ok ok so will you have pancakes for lunch ?" I asked poor theo "Anything is fine right now you know " he said in a desperate tone . So I quickly put all the ingredients in a bowl mixed it and put the batter on the pan . Pancakes were ready within 10 minutes and Theo didn't even wait for me to start he started digging into the pancakes and made loud whale noises after tasting them . "This is really tasty !" He said while biting into the pancakes . I chuckled at him and started eating from my plate .
Theo is definitely the best friend I could get after jade . I was thankful to him at least I had Theo in this pack or I would have to die due to loneliness .
