Mingled beyond parting

Readers I am updating two chapters today. This is the first chapter.

Salim's POV

Since last weekend, I missed Kayal a lot. It's been four days since I last saw her. There are many things which remind me of her and bring a smile in my face. Our car key chain, our home key chain, my watch, bookmarks etc. The other day she also gifted me a pen saying, I could use it for writing in my diary. My office work was my only distraction from Kayal. I prayed for Kayal every day. Today I happened to meet Reshma and Feroz in a common friend's engagement function. When Reshma asked me whether I was missing Kayal, I said, "Very much."

So she asked me to wait in Skype at 9:00 p.m for a surprise. Suddenly I got a WhatsApp message from Feroz. Kayal and Reshma will be having a sleep over in Vidhu's place tonight. Reshma will call you through Skype in few minutes. It seems they are planning to play some questions game with Kayal. Needless to say most questions will be about you. Kayal doesn't know about this plan. It will be a hidden camera operation. So you please keep quiet throughout the game. No noise from your side. Is it okay with you?"

"Okay???? I am excited Feroz".

"I knew you would be."

"You can't blame me."

"Kayal is entering Vidhu's place."

Eaves dropping is a sin. But technically this can't be hundred percent eaves dropping because her friends know about this. I also decided to say everything to Kayal on the day of our marriage. Just then I received Skype call from Reshma. She said, "Ali Bhai, can you see things clearly from this angle?"

I said, "Yes."

"Okay. Please keep quiet. No noise from you.'

I showed a thumbs up sign. Just then Kayal entered the room with a bag saying, "Hai dears." She directly went to the bed and lied down and turned in the side position with her elbow supporting her head. Ya Allah. Reshma panicked. She said, "Kayal please sit down. You can't lie down like this."

Vidhu said, "It's okay. She looks sexy."

Kayal said, "Vidhu you are calling me sexy? What happened to you after returning from US? For your kind information, I am straight and I have a handsome Fiancé waiting for me."

Vidhu said, "Even if I turn to be a lesbian, trust me I will have a better taste. Now since you came late, you are supposed to answer our twenty questions about your Fiancé."

She said in her relaxed tone. "I don't agree. I don't like the idea of divulging personal stuff for the sake of your entertainment. Let's play some other game"

Reshma said, "Kayal, personal stuff? We are friends since we were five years old. There is nothing personal between us."

In her very cool tone she said, "There is nothing personal between you, me and Vidhu. But my relationship with Salim is quite sacred to me. I like to keep it that way. And I know how your perverted minds work. So I am not ready for your game."

Wow so sweet of my Kayal. Vidhu said, "Okay, we will not ask you that type of personal questions but general questions. If you think it is too personal, you can skip that question."

Kayal sighed, sat down properly and said, "Okay, shoot."

Reshma asked, "What was the first thing which came to your mind when you saw Ali Bhai for the first time?"

"On the first day of our college, I first saw him while entering our class. He was laughing for something. I felt he looks very nice while laughing."
