Chapter Seventy-Two

Zia's POV

"Go with what your heart tells you to do Alex."

"But my hearts telling me to do one thing then telling me to do other! I'm confused Zia!"

"Think it over Alex sleep on it or something we've talked about this all day I'm exhausted." I said yawning.

"Okay." Alex said and sighed.

"Honestly Alex you should keep them." I said before walking out the recording studio.

I say he'd make a great dad.

I walked into the kitchen pouring myself a glass of water to take upstairs with me.

I walk upstairs opening me and Austin's room door setting my glass of water on my nightstand.

"Austin?" I called not seeing him in my room.

"In here!" He called from the bathroom.

"Okay was just wondering where you were." I walked to our shared dresser grabbing one of Austin's shirts and a pair of my shorts.

I stripped from the clothing I had on currently switching to the ones I grabbed.

I grabbed my water taking a sip then putting it back before crawling in bed.

"I'll be in bed in just a bit babe!" Austin called.

"M'kay." I replied grabbing my book from my nightstand drawer.

It's a book about this girl who never knew her father.

She was at home alone one day and he just shows up after he found out she was looking for him but the twist is he's dead.

"Babe what'd Alex need you for?" Austin asked.

He was in shorts and long socks like always.

"Nothing." I replied reading my book.

"You two talked all day don't just tell me 'nothing'." He sounded a bit mad.

"I don't know if he wants me to tell you Austin you'll find out when he wants you to." I looked up at Austin as he groaned.

"Just tell me Z."

"No." I said sternly placing my book down turning off my lamp light.

"You'll find out when he wants you to like I said." I added laying down.

"Damn you." I heard him mumble laying down himself.

Roberts POV

"Alex? What's up with you man?" I asked as I entered his room.

"I-um nothing I'll tell you later." He replied looking up from his iPhone.

"Why can't you now?" I asked frowning.

"Because I want to later now I'd like to get ready for bed please and thank you." He mumbled.

"Fine whatever." I sighed walking out.
