We're Having a Baby Babe [Joc]

It's been a week since you were supposed to get your period. You make a quick stop at CVS to buy some pregnancy tests and head back home. You check the time, it's 5:30, so now you should let the tests sit there for a few minutes. Wait if it's almost 6, then you should almost be leaving for Joc's game. You run to your room to get ready and get back to the restroom just before the alarm goes off indicating the tests were ready. 

"OMG." you say to yourself.

 "We're having a baby." you say again. "WE'RE HAVING A BABY." you yell out in happiness. 

You arrive at the game just in time to see them begin. All that was running through your mind was, how are you going to tell him? Just tell him like hey Joc, you're a dad? You don't know how to tell him. Okay, maybe you shouldn't tell him because what if he doesn't want your son or daughter? And now all these negative thoughts are sweeping through your mind. Like what if he doesn't want the kid or what if those tests were false and maybe you were really just late? But on the other hand, the lady at CVS said the tests you bought guaranteed the right results. Joc is a happy guy all the time, you don't think having a kid will ruin him or his day. You look at Joc who is now up to bat, you're not even sure what inning it is or what the score is because you're not really paying attention. 

Joc takes a quick glance at where you're sitting and smiles before he steps into the batter's box. He's been in quite a slump lately so hopefully the news will make him feel better. He hits it out of the park for a solo homerun. 

"That's my baby!" you shout. "We're having a baby." you say under your breathe. 

After the game is over, you go into the clubhouse to celebrate the win with them. You find Joc immediately though. "Joc!" you say. 

"(Y/n)!" he says embracing you. 

"I have something to tell you." you say. 

"There's nothing you say that can ruin this moment." he says. 

"I'm pregnant." you say. "What?" he asks. "I'm pregnant, and you're the father. We're having a baby, babe." you say. 

"Omg. We're having a baby." he says lowly. "WE'RE HAVING A BABY." he then yells out. 

The rest of the team heard what he said and they're all cheering and congratulating the two of you guys. You look up at him and he looks down at you, "This day can't get any better than this." he says.
