"Mom? What are you doing?" Yoo Jung suddenly put herself in between her friends and her mother. "Put the gun down. Mom, please." She pleaded.
So Hyun, Joo Hyuk and Sung Jae were just about to escape but Jang Yu Mi suddenly showed up with a gun in her hands, pointing directly at So Hyun's direction. Sung Jae automatically placed himself in between the gun and Joo Hyuk who was carrying So Hyun in his arms at that moment. Seeing the gun pointing at Sung Jae, Yoo Jung went to place herself in front of Sung Jae, blocking her mother's view of her friends.
"Get out of the way, Yoo Jung-ah!" Yoo jung's mother ordered but Yoo Jung didn't move.
"No!" Yoo Jung answered, wearing a face that was full of determination.
So Hyun started to gain consciousness. She could hear loud noises and shouting that made her open her eyes completely. She tried to move and Joo Hyuk finally noticed her and he immediately put her down on the ground.
"So Hyun-ah!" Joo Hyuk exclaimed and both Sung Jae and Yoo Jung turned to see her.
"Wha.. What's going on? Where am I?" So Hyun asked groggily.
"Sohyunie!" This time, Sung Jae ran to So Hyun's side. "Are you okay?" He asked.
"Yook Sung Jae?" So Hyun looked confuse seeing Sung Jae. "Nam Joo Hyuk?" She also noticed Joo Hyuk.
"Thank God!" Both Sung Jae and Joo Hyuk sighed in relief.
"Wha.. What are you doing here?" So Hyun struggled and tried to stand up.
"Easy, there." Joo Hyuk said and both he and Sung Jae went to help her.
There were all focused on So Hyun and didn't realized that Jang Yu Mi was able to make a clear shot at So Hyun. Jang Yu Mi was about to pull the trigger when Yoo Jung noticed what she was about to do and she quickly ran to her friends.
"Watch out!" Yoo Jung shouted and all the three of them turned and saw what was about to happen.
Bang! Jang Yu Mi pulled the trigger. She was still holding her gun towards her target. She looked up and was expecting to see her target lying on the ground but Gu So Hyun was still standing up. Both Sung Jae and Joo Hyuk were standing close to her, blocking her from Jang Yu Mi's view. Jang Yu Mi was confused. Why was Gu So Hyun still alive?
"Seo Yoo Jung!" Jang Yu Mi heard someone shout.
Jang Yu Mi saw So Hyun ran towards a body lying on the ground. She was horrified after realizing that her daughter was the one lying on the ground. Her hands started shaking but she never let the gun fall from her hands.
"Yoo Jung-ah! Seo Yoo Jung!" So Hyun laid Yoo Jung's head on her lap and shook her desperately to wake up.
So Hyun was holding Yoo Jung in her arms. Both Sung Jae and Joo Hyuk were dumbfounded and shocked that they didn't able to move from where they were standing. So Hyun tried to shake Yoo Jung again but she saw blood in her hands. So Hyun finally noticed that Yoo Jung's left shoulder was bleeding.
