*Alice POV*

After the big scene upon our arrival the Alpha Female permitted me and the girls to just stay in our rooms, since we seemed to have come earlier then the other girls. So that meant that I hadn't seen my mate since noon yesterday and now I had to be prepared to face him at breakfast, considering "no" was not acceptable to the Alpha Female. Great.

"What are we suppose to wear to a breakfast with the Alpha Couple anyway?" Melanie asked, coming out of the bathroom in a skimpy purple dress.

"Not hooker dresses. Thats for sure..." Jen said not once looking away from the flat screen.

"Jen! Could you at least look at me?" Mel glared crossing her arms. "Besides it not hooker....it's more stripper..meets....class." She grinned.

"Yeah, class Hoe." Jen rolled her eyes.

"Hey! What the hell-"

"Dress classy but appropriate please. I think that yellow sundress would be good for you." I said. "Beside we kinda need a good second impression since the first flew out the window already."

If I didn't get in the middle soon, they would have been tearing each others throats out by now. It's a real mystery why we're bestfriends to people.

"Since when do you care about first impression?" Jen raised her brow, actually turning from the tv this time.

"Since the people she had to impress were her mates parents." Mel smiled, "Awe my little girl is growing up, I remember when you punched Eddie in the fifth grade because he admitted to have a crush on you."

"He deserved it!" I defended, aware that I was beginning to pout.

"He gave you a ring pop for crying out loud." Melanie shook her head.

"Which he bullied a kid for seconds before approaching me!" I frowned.

"Whatever." Mel giggled, pinching my cheek.

I crossed my arms huffing as I walked over to my closet.

"She's right tho," Jen spoke up suddenly. " you were never good with guys."

"So?" I shrugged, deciding between two dresses I'd pulled out of the closet.

"So, I've never seen you distraught on what clothes to wear before."

My hands froze. She was right. Here I was standing in front of a mirror, picturing which dress would look more flattering when I walked into that damned room......the same room where the man who broke my heart would be. Was it really to impress the Alphas.....or Him? I shook my head of course it was to impress that Alphas.....because I refuse to feel anything for that man ever again. I threw the dresses to the side digging in my closet for the shortest black dress I owned.

"You know what? Your right Jen why would I want to impress the parents of an asshole so that I could be looked at as a candidate for his mate? When I really am! I say we dress like one of the biggest hoes there. I mean I'm pretty sure none of the girls here are going to be dressing properly anyway."

Jen's eyebrows raised while Melanie started shrieking like a manic as she jumped on her bed.

"Wooooo!!! It's great to be a hoe in the morning." She laughed and we joined in.

"Why did we have to get up soo early!" Alan whined again laying his face flat on the table.

Deciding to finally ignore him I just stayed silent twirling my fork between my fingers. Liam looked over at me with an eye roll before returning back to his book.
