I had been living in my house for about a week when Landon showed up again.
I was sitting on my couch when a black light filled the room. As it dissipated smiled at Landon before standing up and shacking his hand. He smiled back before his face became serious.
"Perseus, you need to tell at least one god where you are. Other wise they may send a search party for you. I'll give you a bit to think about it." I just nodded and walked to the training room.
As I hacked at dummy's I thought of who I could tell. Hera? No, she hates demi-god's. Aphrodite? She helped me with the whole, changing my face thing. No, she's to susceptible to men. Artemis? No, she hates men. Athena? No, she hates me too. Dionysus? Nope, he hates me. Ares? Definitely not. Demeter? Eh, she's not really me. Apollo? No, to childish. Hermes? Eh, maybe. Poseidon? No, he'd rat me out. Zeus? NOOOOO! Hephaestus? Eh, maybe. He's a cool dude. Let's think non-Olympians. Hestia? Maybe, she's nice. Hades, again maybe hes a cool guy. Hypnos? No, he's weird. Nike? No, to crazy. Nemesis? Maybe she's cool. Hecate? Maybe, she can do magic. I just couldn't decide on one god.
After a little more hacking, I decided that I would tell Hades, Hecate, and Nemesis. So three gods. I sat downstairs for a while before I went up. As I went up I found Landon sitting on the couch asleep. I decided to surprise him. I ran as fast as I could before I jumped on him. To say he was surprised is an understatement.
"Good morning sunshine." He looked at me like I was insane before pushing me off of him. I just laughed before I pulled him off the couch. He landed beside me and just stared at the ceiling. We laid on the floor for a while before either of us talked. Landon spoke first.
"So? Do you have a god or gods you want to tell?" I shrugged and kept staring at the ceiling.
"I was thinking about telling Hades, Hecate, and Nemesis." He just nodded. We stared at the roof before there was a black flash and when it dimmed the roof now looked like space. I just nodded and continued to stare. I watched as a star was born and a planet died. It was amazing finally Landon sat up and so did I. He turned to look at me and smiled.
"You ready to meet the gods?" I just sighed.
"Can I shower and change first?" He just nodded. I got up and went to my room and took a shower. After I got out I got dressed and ended up in a black t-shirt, grey jeans, grey shoes, and a black hoodie. I wore a thick black leather belt with a black sheath for my sword. I stopped using Riptide after I found this sword in the training room. It was pure black with swirling mist I named it Soulcleaver. I figured out that when you kill a monster it sucks up the monster dust and makes it stronger. I walked out of my room to find a god and two goddesses sitting on my couch. I just sighed and walked over Landon. I just leaned over to him and told him I was going downstairs. He just nodded.
I went downstairs and released some of the monsters Landon had stored for me. I released a couple of Hellhounds, a few Dracaenae, and a Cyclops. I fought for about ten minutes before I was down to just the Cyclops. I just smiled at him and Mist Traveled behind him. I was a little tired but I run up behind and jumped as high as I could. I then stabbed Soulcleaver into his back. He let out a vicious scream before he turned to dust. I stood there for a second letting Soulcleaver absorb the monster dust. Then I heard clapping.
I turned to see Landon with the three gods standing behind him. They all just stared at me with open mouths. I just shrugged and walked away. I really didn't feel like talking to them. Actually, the only person i ever want to talk to is Landon. He's like my brother now. As I thought I walked back upstairs and got myself a drink. I was sitting on the couch when they found me. Landon looked at me and just sighed and sat down gesturing for the others to sit as well. After about ten minuets of silence Hecate spoke.
