Chapter 1 : Where it Begins

The sun begin to rise over the hills, shining brightly through your dorm window and beaming on your skin. You slowly fluttered your eyes open to find the bright sunlight hitting your eyes. Quickly, you flipped around with your back facing the window. "Five more minutes..."

Grumbling after ten minutes you finally gathered the mental strength to get up. "Ugh..." Your legs dangled over the edge of your bed as you stared out the window.

Some of your fellow male comrades were already awake, heading towards the mess hall for breakfast. You yawned and got up to the shower room. While grabbing your things and heading over to the shower room you met up with Mikasa, your long time dorm buddy.

She yawned and walked beside you. "Morning (Y/N) ready for some training today?"

You turned you face over to her tiredly. "Hell no. It's summer and it's too freak'n hot to be training."

Mikasa laughed a bit and threw her towel over her shower stall. You stepped into yours and turned on the shower. The cold water ran down your skin and through your hair. You couldn't wait for summer to be over, but it has only begun.

After your shower you headed back to your dorm room and slipped on your uniform. You removed the towel from your head, leaving your hair still wet, but not dripping.

"Hey (Y/N)...wanna walk with me to the mess hall?" You turned around to come face to face with a pair of blue and hazel (brown?) eyes. Krista sweetly smiled at you with Ymir by her side.

You smiled back at the both of them. "Oh, sure."

The mess hall was filled with loud obnoxious voices. Once again, there was a fight between Eren and Jean. Before Mikasa can even step in, Eren gets his ass kicked.

You sighed as you got up and went over to help. "Eren! Are you okay?" Armin panicked, placing his hand on his forehead, looking for a wound.

Eren sighed, sitting up. "I-I'm fine." He smiled as you helped him up. Your warm soft hand gripped onto his.
Eren has never felt happier. He loved you from the beginning he saw you. He knew that from the beginning he had to have you all to himself. But of course there were obstacles in his way.
Mikasa and Captain Levi. Sure, Mikasa loved him, but he never loved her the same way back. Only in a family way.

"Hey (Y/N)." You turned around after helping Eren back on his feet.
"Captain." You smiled and gave Levi a soft hug. He had been your friend for years. You both had joined the Survey Corps around the same year and after training together, the both of you automatically sticked together like glue.

Levi gave you a small hug back and lead you over to his table with his squad. (No, please no squad goals.)

Eren watched as you walked away with Levi. Violence and anger ran through his emotions. Voices from left and right were saying comments about you and Levi.

Connie shouted from across the hall. "Just dateee!"

"Oh, they may be best friends but I can see them dating..." Krista whispered to Ymir.

"You owe me the rest of your bread for the entire year if they ever start dating." Sasha said to Mikasa in hopes of more food.

Things like this made Eren very upset.
But Levi. Oh he was someone that was going to be difficult to get rid of. If they lose humanity's strongest solider, then we're all fucked. But did Eren care? No. He wanted you and that's all that matters.

Eren watched you as you left the mess hall with Levi. He watched you training in the felid with Levi. You were with him everyday and everywhere. It made Eren want to rip him apart to pieces.

Towards the end of the day you bend over on your knees taking a breath. "I hate summer..." You grunted.

Levi patted your shoulder. "Quit being a brat about it. I can't change the weather."

You scoffed and got back up. "I wish you could."

Levi scoffed back. "Whatever..."

"Hey I'm going to head back to my dorm now. See you later." You patted his back and walked off.

Eren watched you from afar and grew the biggest smirk on his face. He followed you slowly and tapped your shoulder. "(Y/N)..."

You nearly jumped back. "Oh shi-! Eren! You scared me." A sigh of relief came out of your voice.

He played an innocent laugh. "Sorry (Y/N)... Didn't mean to scare you. I just uh..." He scratched the back of his head.

"Yes Eren?" You raised an eyebrow.

"Play the good boy act..." Eren thought. "(Y/N) I really like you. Not like in a friend way..." His voice trembled in fake fear.

Taken back by his words you stood there in shock, looking down at the floor. "E-Eren I...what about Mikas-"

"Don't! ... Mikasa and I are family." Eren lowered the tone in his voice, trying not to sound angry. "(Y/N)...I really love you..."

You looked down at the floor blushing shades of red. Sure, Eren was sweet and all but you didn't know if you loved Levi more. "Uh...Eren. Can I have some time to think about this?"

Eren's emotion shattered but he kept his cool. "Of course. Take as much time as you'd like!" He smiled in the sweetest way, hiding his anger behind the fake smile. Slowly he walked closer to you and kisses your cheek. "I really do love you (Y/N)...think about it."

You stood there flustered and slowly walked back to your dorm.

While you walked away from Eren, his face expression began to change. It went from fake happiness to anger.
"I'll get you (Y/N)...I'll get you..."
