(A/N: Sorry guys, this chapter might seem rushed.)
I have to stay with my aunt now. She looks a lot like Carina.
Carina is pretty. Carina was pretty. Now she's all dolled up in a coffin, pale and ghastly-looking, but still pretty like a ghost. Pretty. Prettier than me. Hazel and gray eyes with pointed eyebrows. Brown hair. Slim. Perfect smile. Pink lips. Pretty.
I'm pretty....ugly. I am deformed in my eyes. Ugly. Bluish green eyes with straight eyebrows. Blonde hair. Skinny. No smile. Red lips. Ugly.
I hardly remember family gatherings, but I remember the exact words everyone always said to Carina. "Oh, you're so beautiful Carina dear, are you sure you don't have a boyfriend already?" Then they would laugh with a twinkle in their eyes. "You're a beautiful girl, Carina." Then they would glance at me, a little girl at the time, all they would see was....nothing. No comments. No compliments. Only small glances and peeks. Glances. Looks. Looks to peer at the ugly thing. Ugly monster. Occasionally, there would be gawking; even my baby cousins would stare. Wanting to be alone, I would always run to the hill, since the most of the gatherings happened at our house. My safe haven--the hill was--my place to get away from those pretty adults.
Then, I would silently stare at the sky, feel the comforting breeze passing by, and a feeling would come. It would feel like a sinking rock. Sinking, sinking, sinking to the bottom of the river, never to be looked at again.

Levi (P.O.V.)
Calling Luna. I'm kinda scared. Really scared actually. Terrified.
Hello.
Hi...I'm sorry.
Silence.
I really am sorry Luna, I repeated.
More silence.
She hangs up.
