I woke the next morning to an empty bed again. On the pillow next to me was a single white rose. It brought a smile to my face when I picked it up. I bringing it to my nose I let my senses take over. It smelt like no flower I had had the chance to smell. Its aroma was sweet and intoxicating. It made me feel light headed. Its petals against my fingers were softer than the silk I lay in. The pearly white was almost holy in the way it seemed to glow to its own accord. In that one rose the amount of beauty it held was indescribable.

I could feel a small smile play at my lips. There was a knock at my door and Tom walked in. He looked at me with the rose in my hands and his eyes widened slightly but he didn't say anything about it. Instead a small blush covered his cheeks.

"The boss has asked me to tell you that he will be here in an hour." He looked at the floor.

"Thank you Tom, do you think you could get me something that I could put this in?"

"Of course miss...but that flower doesn't need water..." All flowers needed water, don't they? Still with the rose in my hands I walked over to where he was.

"What do you mean?" When he realised I was in front of him he looked up at me.

"They have angelic property's that make it so they live for years without anything sustaining them." I felt my mouth pop open.

"That's incredible!" He laughed slightly. It was the first time I had heard him laugh and it was deep with nice. I swear all the guys here could make a girl fall for them just by laughing.

"I guess it is, I shall come again when its time to go...Sir says that you will join him for breakfast after swimming." With that he walked back out of the room, but just before he was out he turned and smiled at me. I was hoping that that meant he was starting to come out of his shell.

I walked over to the wardrobe that I swear got bigger every time I went to it. It was a walk in wardrobe that was just filled with clothes, shoes and underwear. All in my size, they must have been planning on taking me for a long time. I searched through the draws for ages until I found the swimming stuff. Inside were all bikinis...I got out the least revealing. It wasn't like I was paranoid about wearing them I just preferred costumes. The one I picked was a deep red that sparkled in the candle light. It was a halterneck and fitted perfectly. I decided that I didn't want to have to walk to the pool in just this so I found a light dress to put over the top.

I had gotten ready pretty quickly so I decided to just lay back on the bed. All that ran through my head was how happy I was, happier than had been in a long time. The idea also kinda freaked me out. I was still their prisoner and I was happy. What a weird thought. I knew I missed my mum, my brother and Leanne but...I was strangely content. My old life danced around my eyes and taunted me but it was different now. Everything was simple in that life, going through the motions, going to college, hanging out with friends but I have never really lived life before. But now I was an Nephilim, stuck in hell and about to go swimming with the devil. That is anything but normal. These thoughts ran through my head for the rest of the hour and then there was a knock on my door. I expected Tom to enter but there stood Damon. My breath caught and my heart beat went wild.

He was stood there in plain black swimming trunks and he looked...well hot to put it bluntly. His skin was golden and even though his muscles were not prominent you could definitely make out his abs and because there wasn't to much he looked amazing. He stood there and laughed his gorgeous laugh.

"Enjoying the view?" He spoke in his cocky voice.

"Whats there to look at?" I winked at him. He raised his eyebrows and laughed under his breath.
