Saiges P.O.V

~~~ Next Day ~~~

I hear tiny whispers when I open my eyes, thinking my senses were playing tricks on me because it was early.

7:00 AM to be exact.

I yawn and shake my head, "Just a prank Im pulling on myself."

I stand up, close the opened windows, and stretched. I turn away from the view and walk towards the door.

"You think I left?" A voice whispers. I turn around as I feel a coldness run through me. Nothing...

I shake my head, grabbing a sweater, and putting it on. Just my imagination...

I lick my chapped lips and walk through the vacant halls of the house. I honestly don't see the need to have such a large house. Its creepy.

The eerie feeling finds its way through the cracks in my bones and I look around.

Stay calm...

Stay. Calm...

My feet carry me to the kitchen and I see Simon with a news paper drinking coffee. Typical man. I shake my head and fix myself some coffee.

"How was your rest," He started. "You slept peacefully."

"It was nice to actually sleep," I mumble a reply. "Haven't been able to catch some shut eye for a while."

"Well, I think its time you get a job." He said sternly. He folds the paper and places it neatly on the table. I sip my coffee and look at him.

"I kind of figured..." I nod slightly as my index finger traces the circular rim of the mug. "Can't live here for free, can I?"

He chuckles and shakes his head as he stares at my eyes, "No. No, indeed, you can't." I smile faintly and shrug.

"See? I already knew what you were going to say." I tease as I stand up. "Its cold in here. Can you turn up the heat?"

"Right there," He points down the hall and I follow his directions. "The boys like you, by the way."

"That's nice. I have no opinion on them yet." I shrug as I turn up the heat and return to the kitchen. I finish my coffee and sigh.

"Key word is yet." He points a finger at me and I roll my eyes. "Yet."

"Sure, Simon," I sigh and walk out. "Im in my room." He mumbles an answer but I don't bother to answer him.

I don't have the time...
