Saiges POV
"Huh? That makes no sense!" He shrugs as he leads me through the woods.
"It will at some point." He answers. He wraps an arm around my shoylder and pulls me close. I look up at him and relax slightly.
"Princess of Angels?" I whisper. He nods.
"Princess of Angels." He confirms and he stops us from walking further. "Ready?"
I raise an eyebrow and I watch large wings spread from him. "Wait... T-Theyre real?!"
"Sorry for lying." He tries and holds me so my legs are wrapped around his waist. "Love having you close."
"LOUIS!!" I scream as I feel us defy gravity. My eyes clench close and I whimper.
"Open them." He whispers and I do. My eyes take in the beautiful, pure white room. Books, all so old, look neatly stacked next to eachother.
"Library?" I mumble as he sits me down.
"I didnt figure out what you were until I saw it." It? What?
"The dark aura that radiated from you when you walked to that well. It wasnt as strong as it couldve been, something was fighting it off. Your finger tips," He mumbles as he looks through the books. "They were a heavenly color. As if what was fighting the darkness was stopping you from making direct contact with that well."
"I dont..."
"Understand. I know," He sighs. "A Princess of Angels is a hybrid. Half demon, half angel. Their parents would have to be pure breeds though."
I frown and tap the table infront of me.
"As far as history goes, theres only been one and it killed instantly along with the parents," He sits a book down and blows off the dust. "We've always known there was another, but we couldnt find it. That is, until now. See, you- Saige- are a long lost twin."
"What?"
"Youre twin was killed." He mumbles sadly. "If you both were to live, it wouldve been worse than a world war."
"T-That..."
"We couldnt find you, but we decided not to look. Only because we thought you were no threat." He opens it up. "Little did we know that a Princess of Angels can lead bad over good or vise versa."
I stared at the picture of a woman dressed in a beautiul white gown but her wings were pitch black. Demons and angels alike ripped at her from the bottom as they tore the gown. She had a dark form in one hand and a pure gold one in the other. Her head faced the heavens but her eyes looked towards hell.
"You are the key to what could end everything." He whispers. "And I have to watch and make sure you do is for the good of humanity, not evil."
