Chapter 16

Saiges POV
Week Later

I havent talked to Louis since our... Incounter. I would be lying if I said I didnt think about it once in awhile. I did.

I didn't know where this left us, all I knew was that it was a secret. Between us and only us.

I still have my nightmares, they get worse each night. The voices grow louder, the mold grows closer, and the frights gets stronger.

I looked at the trees, my hands in my pocket, as I walked quickly through the park. It was wooded, shaded, and- best of all- secluded. I sighed as my muscles untensed and I started to let myself go, my legs taking me away from humanity.

"Poor little riding hood," I turn quickly and stop. Nothing. "Walking through the park."

"Who's there?" I say softly. I spin once but nothing. I hear ruffles, branches breaking, but there was no one to accuse of for it.

"The big bad wolf called her name," The voice continues. "But little miss hood, she couldnt someone to blame. Oh, only if she could."

I swallow hard and back away slowly. I feel my back hit a hard chest but a hand clamps over my mouth.

"But then she saw," The voice hisses. "The big bad wolf. He told her to walk."

I feel myself look up for some type of way to recognize the person. Maybe the eyes, even.

Only, there werent any.

There were pitch black, caved in, eye less eyesoccets. I screamed into the hand but, the more I looked, the more I found myself doing anything he said.

"Dont make big bad wolf huff and puff." He warns and lets me go. I look forward, into the thick woods, before I slowly walk towards them. "Thats it..."

"Dont stop." Another voice joins with millions of others. My fingers twitch before I feel myself enter the wooded area. I feel claws pull at my clothes, voices whispering in my ear- Telling me secrets. Telling me what happened to them.

They said to keep going, to listen and watch.

... And I did.

A/N: I havent updated in awhile.... Oopsie daisey!

When I get to a computer I will dedicate this chapter to 1Dgirl348 (I think those are the numbers? I'll check when I dedicate it officially :)).

Listen ahh... Bleed (Sequel to Vampire Queen..) is finished. Im giving this my undivided attention for a few days, make these chapters longer. Then I go back to my other unpublished stories.

Im also thinking of making a Vampire Queen a trilogy but Idk yet. Im thinking about it. Let me know on the last chapter of Bleed please. Im taking a yay or nay vote.
