"Just.. Let me love you, Hyejin."

I said while looking sincerely into her eyes.

It's the perfect time to tell her how I feel for her since I only have 7days left to spend with her and my family

Actually, my family already knew all about this. About my feelings towards her and the confession I made.

They were the ones who pushed me to tell her everything.

While we were on our way to a resort without Hyejin, because she has a lot of things to do in the school, my mom suddenly talked to me.

"Son."

"Yes, eomma?"

"Hmm. How do you find Hyejin?"

I gave her a "what do you mean" look.

"I knew it, son. You don't have to hide it. Even your younger siblings noticed it, too."

I just sighed as mom told me that. They really know me. They know when I am interested on something or not.

"I told you. You don't need to hide it. It will come out eventually, and I know you know that!"

"Yeah, you're right mom."

"When did you feel it?"

"S-since she came in the house for dinner."

"Y-yeah."

My eyes widen up with my mom's statement.

"Yes, she told me that. That's why I'm telling you, if you really like her, just tell her so. Before it's too late."

"Why are you doing this, mom?"

I still don't get why mom wants me to tell Hyejin about my feelings when she herself doesn't want me to be in a relationship yet.

"She's different"

My mom gave me a contented smile.

"I'm not yet ready, mom."

"I know you are, son. It's the first time I have seen you like this. So, you have to be with what makes you happy."

"But--"

"Nuh-uh! No more buts. Your siblings will ask Hyejin to watch movies in her house with all of us later. But, we planned not to come so the two of you will have each other's time ALONE."

"How was that?"

"Just.. Wait until Jinwoo and Seohyun fall asleep. That's the perfect time to make your move."

"Mom.."

"Ne?"

"Thank you!" I hugged her after I decided to park the car cause we have already reached our destination.

"Anything for my children's happiness." She patted my back and kissed the top of my head.
