Dylan shakes me awake,I wake up and see that we are entering a whole city with a wall around it. The city is still in good condition,and it has living plants. The truck stops and let's us off,the Soldier tells the civilians to go to the main hall for a house. So Gale,Dylan and I start our way,but Romania tells us that we are soldiers and not regular ones so to follow her. "Oooo, special treatment!" Gale says sarcastically. Haha,I wish,Dylan says as he chuckles. I smile as we follow her.
She leads us to a huge building,around four flours but it's wide. "This is where the soldiers live,"Romania says. You two boys will share a room right by Ali's,she gets her own because there are no other girls. Ali your room number is 45 and Dylan yours and Gales are 48. "I thought to said it was right by hers,"Dylan says. That is right by,now go settle and get food and sleep for tomorrow,she says and walks away.
I walk into my room,it is pretty big it has a bunk bed on one wall the covers are just a regular blue,and I'm surprised at how it's all in good condition as if it was brand new. The other wall has a small table with three chairs,and a dresser right by my bed. There is a desk with paper and a few pens on it,it also has a office chair that spins. Then there is also a big,pretty window in the middle of room. I look out it and see the whole little lake where people fish for food,don't know if it would be safe to eat,but whatever.
Romania knocks on the door and comes in,she has the dress I wore when I was at the mall with Gale. She hands it to me with black heels,"wear this you are going to meet the leader of this town." Wait,I say, first of all where did you get this dress,and you're not leader anymore? I'm second leader,the leader of this town is my brother,she says and walks out. She didn't answer my other question, I get dressed in my dress and look at the heels frustratingly,Come on! I can barely walk in heels! I say to myself. I slip them on and curl my hair. Someone knocks on my door,and I open it,Gale and Dylan are standing there in suits. I try to keep from laughing but can't help it. "Hey at least we don't have to wear heels,"Dylan says. I glare at him,yeah,yeah laugh it up,I say as I walk out of the room to the stairs. As we walk down the stairs we pass guys our age,and stop to chat but then continue going to the main hall.
I walk in and Romania waves me over to her table. Dylan,and Gale go to a table with other guys. I walk over to her,she is wearing a dark,purple suit and her white hair is in a professional bun. "May you sit with me and my brother?" She asks. Umm,yeah sure,I say and sit at their table. Their table is at the front of the room,and it's only me and them. Romina starts to talk as the food arrives,it's soup with bread. They are talking as I take a bite of soup,and then Romania says,"isn't that right?" I look at her and say,what? They both do such a fake laugh and she says,"you lived from a bite and a collarbone cut." Oh yes,I say. Really? Her brother asks,by the way my name is Garin. Yes really,I say. May I see,Garin asks. I point at it and he says,there is nothing there. I look down and see no cut,and it feels fine. Romania raises and eyebrow and says,"that is weird there used to be a big deep cut." Maybe it was the medication,I say. I don't think so,Garin says and gets up and walks over to me. I smile a say ,I'm feeling a little tired I'm going to go to bed,I say as I quickly get up and back away from Garin. "Good idea you have your first job tomorrow,"Romania says.
Dylan and Gale see me get up,and they follow. I am going up the stairs,when a guy in front of me turns around to me. He is two inches taller then me and he is buff,his bleach blonde hair is shoulder length,and he has dark blue eyes. "Why are you here?" He asks angrily. Uhh,because I'm a soldier,I say as I walk past him. He grabs my arm with amazing strength,and it hurts. Get off me,it say as I pull away. "Come with me,"he says. I then see my mom and she says,don't go with him,get away now! I look back at him and say,"no." It'll be fun,he says and pulls me that's when I hear Dylan say,get off her now! I turn to Dylan and he is mad,his hands are in fists and he looks like he will kill the guy holding me. "Fine she isn't worth the trouble anyways,"when he says that Dylan punches him in the jaw. They are the same size,but he seems stronger then Dylan,but Dylan is remarkably strong it just doesn't show. "Do you have a problem?" The guy still holding me says. Yes I do because she is worth more then anything on this planet,Dylan says fiercely. "That's because there is nothing left,"he says as he walks away. I bite my lip and look at Dylan thank you,I say and walk up the stairs. I get half way up the stairs and just sit on a step,Dylan sits by me. "Sam's funeral is now going to be tomorrow before our job,"he says. I look up at him,they still have the body after that? I ask. "That was Romania's second priority,he says,the first was you." I furred my brow as I ask,why am I so important to her? He shrugs his shoulders,"she also gives you anything you would want." Maybe that's why every guy hates me,I say as I smile. "I don't" Dylan says as Gale is about to sit down by us. But Dylan signals him to keep going,so Gale trips as I sits but instantly gets up. Gale laughs a bit but gets up and walks up to his room. I look at Dylan and smile "well okay then" I say.
I open the door and kick off my heels,as I close the door. After I get dressed in my pj's I sit on my bed,as I do I feel something soft. I left up and see Sam's teddy bear,who found this? I ask myself as I am about to cry,but I'm to tired to cry. So I just snuggle with it and fall asleep.
