Jai's P.O.V

"Eden." I asked Eden.

"Yeah?" She replied.

"If we haven't finished that poem, is it homework?" I asked.

"Crap, I haven't finished it." She said slapping her forehead.

"Neither. That's homework now." I said moaning.

"Yeah, I'm terrible at poems, but it won't take long for me to finish." She said.

"Yeah it's not hard, I'm okay at rhyming because I write my own songs." I said stopping.

That's been a huge secret, I haven't told anyone I sing and compose songs.

Well I can trust Eden. right?

"You write songs, actually you sing, Jai I didn't know that." She said stunned.

"Yeah I went to a performing school in Sydney, but my mum couldn't afford it anymore so we moved to Adelaide and I came here, I'm weird now aren't i?" I said frowning.

"No your not, heaps of people sing and some even write songs too, most are crappy but, they all sing all the time Hayley is the worst singer in my eyes, you should ask her to sing."

"Do you sing Eden?" I asked.

"I don't know, I'm not the best at it but yeah." She said shrugging.

"Sing for me." I stated.

"Jai, NOOO." She said pushing my chest blushing.

"NOOO WHYYY?!!" I said moaning.

"I will sing with you if you do." I added.

"No singing Jai and that's final."

"HEY MEANIE!" I joked.

I grabbed her and started to hug her really tight.

"AHH JAI HAHA GET OFF!" She said laughing.

"Not until you sing!"

"Okay. Just hug me then, not like you stink or anything." .

"HEYY NOT FUNNY HAHA IM NOT LETTING GO EVER ANYMORE!" I laughed.

She's pretty when she laughs.

Eden's P.O.V

I didn't mind Jai hugging me.

I'm not singing for him.

And also I just like him hugging me.

But he can sing?

And write songs?

That's amazing.

"I should sing you one of my songs Eden." He said still squeezing me.

"Okay big Boy." I joked.

"HEYYYY." He said getting up and frowning playfully.

"JOKING JOKING HAHA." I said laughing.

I got up and ran away.

"HEY WHERE YOU GOING?" he screamed as I ran.

I stopped and turned around,

"WELL YOUR NOT HUGGING ME ANYMORE, SO YOU WILL HAVE TO GET ME BIG BOY."

I saw Jai running towards me laughing his head off.

I jumped when he wrapped his arms around my waist when he caught up to me and started swinging me in the air.

"JAI LET ME DOWN IM HEAVY." I screamed.

"Eden, your light as I can pick you up easy." He laughed.

"Jai where were you?!" We heard a voice say.

We turned around.

It was Hayley.
